I hate leaving bad reviews and I always try to give the establishment a chance to reconcile. However this was just a bad experience. The hotel room was dirty. Pee on the bathroom floor is gross! I asked about to have my bathroom cleaned, however there was no housekeeping staff able at 3pm. I was provided with cleaning chemicals to take care of it myself, which I did. I liked the location, and the breakfast buffet was ok. But a guest probably shouldn’t have to clean their own bathroom. I wanted to address it again at checkout, but the front desk attendant was clearly rushing through to get everyone out. Dissatisfied with my stay and I would not recommend someone to stay here.
The location of this hotel was great. The pool was colder than a lake in springtime and the hot tub was out of order. Service in the restaurant left something to be desired, the server was friendly but you could tell she was struggling to keep up with the crowd. The front desk and the banquet staff were friendly. The hotel and room's are dated with what appears to be very little up keep. A good shampoo of the rugs and some paint would do it wonders. The air conditioner in our room worked although a little noisy. The beds were comfortable and the room had good water pressure.
I have relied on this hotel more than a few times in the last 20 years. The last stay was a 2022 I believe for 6 to 7 weeks for a local contract. It's very unfortunate that I had to chase my damage deposited twice that year and was paying my Bookkeeper to chase it as well. Twice folks!!!nnThe funds were never returned to my card. I never was a problem or damaged room or facility! I'm a clean and conscientious individual.nnManager never followed up to resolve the issue!nnWhen your self employed and busy there's only so much time to chase stupidity like this.nnIt's wrong and shouldn't of happened!nnI had solid stays up until the last two incidents! No complaints till then!
Shady booking services. Tried to book through Expedia and found the room we want. They ask if you want to book a refundable room or non-refundable. Well refundable is an extra $20 and you can’t book the non-refundable option. Tried calling the hotel directly and they won’t even match the price on Expedia for the same room. I’ll just skip ever booking here!
Ate at the Seasons Cafe. Felt like a place they would remember you after a few visits.nnStaff was friendly and gave me their most popular breakfast choice right off the bat.nnThe brisket eggs Benny was good and filling. The Hollandaise sauce was a bit weak, but overall, it was a good breakfast.
