Ramada Cortland Hotel and Conference Center

Room 220 was incredible, clean, and the Ramada was very near a variety of great and reasonably-priced restaurants. Not to mention it was able to accommodate for my entire Taekwondo team! Loved it.

They provide my husband, myself and five children with a room when we had a car accident on our way to NC and needed a place to stay. The room front desk associate that was on that night was so kind and helpful, as was the associate at the desk the following morning. They made sure we had what we needed and even assured us if we were unable to get a rental they would be able accommodate us until we did. All in all it made a bad night much better.

Very dissatisfied. Construction going on, got sick from the paint. Bar, Grill, pool and exercise was closed. No Manager on duty,chef was at the front desk. Fire alarm system not working and no housekeeping services. Had a large wedding party there and everyone has their own story. Not told any of this before hand. Not a place you want to choose. No compensation given or even suggested. Employees were not able to do that. Someone should look into this.

Location was great, right off of I-81. Difficult to find "lobby entrance", as it had no obvious signage and looked just like a guest entrance. Lobby was very basic, but employees were nice. Overall decor in the lobby, hallways, and stairs was dated, but our room was very nice! Upgraded flooring, decor and bedding. No toiletries or anything in the bathroom, but overall very clean! If I had to pick one thing that was really a negative it would be that our room's air conditioning was not cold, more of like just blowing air. It wasn't unbearable, but it would have made sleeping much more enjoyable in July. Overall, for what we paid, it did the job and was comfortable and clean!

Stayed the night, the pool and restaurant were both closed and under construction. The first room we got still had a blanket the previous visiter left there and old cigarette buts behind the night stand (this was a non smoking room). The hotel gave us a new room, much cleaner and we had an enjoyable night.
