Cortland Motel

It is a older motel but rooms are cleaner than other motels I have stayed in. Beds are firm, showers are cleaner than some four stars. Quite clean and affordable. Cheaper than on line if you call them direct. They have more TV channels and you don't have to pay extra.

When I am in town working this is my go to place. A clean room, comfortable bed and hot shower is all I need. And reasonably priced. I'm in town to make money not spend it. Suits my needs perfectly.

Clean and very affordable. I have stayed in numerous places due to working. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Not the best. We requested a no smoking room, but when we entered the room it clearly had been smoked in multiple times. Being a non smoker all my life you can just smell the residue on the walls and furniture when you walk into a room that's been smoked in and this one clearly had. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and I woke up several times in the night because of this. I mean it's a cheap place but you certainly get what you pay for. I've been to cheap places before and they normally suprise me. But not this time.

They are NOT greedy like other motel people everywhere. They gave me a good price for the motel stay. They are very nice, & owner actually helped me couple times to get my car out when my car got stuck because I left it too long in snow. They have a small kitchen and laundry also. I stayed with them for a month and half. Over all, service is good. I also enjoyed small cute fridge, small heater, 2 King size beds, old TV runs well enough so you can enjoy, clean linen, bathroom. It is low budget and best motel so far I been to.
