The room was normal. The bed(s) were clean and the bathroom was too. There was a coffee machine,a desk, a TV, and a fridge. The complimentary breakfast was also nice. Free WiFi was also a nice addition.

Best hotel in Cortland. Fairly new, has suites that will take 5-6 people, great breakfast, pool and whirlpool, exercise space, Office space, guest laundry. The location is a little difficult: not close to highway, no turning lane for hotel, small airport next door is occasionally noisy.

The room was great. Very updated and comfortable beds. The only complaint that I had was that the heater in the pool was broken. We only discovered that after the kids jumped into a freezing cold pool. It would've been nice to have known in advance. The customer service was great though. The lobby was filled with all kinds of treats and the complimentary breakfast was very good!

This place is amazing! I totally recommend staying here! I had the best time, ever. I love the breakfast choices, how it's clean, and people respect you and everything. I hope you try this place out, incredibly AMAZING!

Went for a conference. Lunch and drinks provided, very clean lobby, conference room, and facilities. Presenters had no trouble with supplied equipment.
