In all honesty, I should of returned and gotten my money back for this food. This was disrespectful in my opinion whoever made this food needs to do better, this isn't quality product you serve people. It was mainly fish that was hard, salty and whatever little ackee that in it was mashout and full of bones. Bones? I never knew people still bought Saltfish with bones. Very disappointed.
Beautiful customer service from Ricky… Very patient, very polite… I bought the ackee & salt fish breakfast, which was great. THANK YOU Ralph’s West Indian Delights ~Tash
If there’s one thing that always hits the spot for me at Ralph’s it’s that Veggie Chunks! Man the chef cooks the food with love and you can taste it everytime. This is definitely a spot you want to stop at for that perfect home cooked meal on the go!
I accidentally found these guys. There Patty was amazing. I haven't tasted such kind of patty ever in canada. Very delicious. And ther jerk given was also very delicious. Will recommend everyone to visit atleast once and then you gonna be typing here like meFood: 5/5
One of, if not the best Jamaican restaurants in the GTA. I’ve never had a meal or snack that I didn’t like. Today I got callaloo with their in-house ginger beer.
Food is delicious and the lady taking the orders is incredibly friendly and courteous. Noticed the location and decided to try it. Now, as a West Indian, most know Ralph’s for the bread and selling beef patties on Finch. Never had a take out meal there before so decided to stop by for lunch. Was pretty busy when I stepped inside. They had tape marking off physical distancing for customers. Store is pretty big, they have display in the middle of the location with bread, a few chillers with frozen patties and some West Indian goods just a little further down. There is some seating by the storefront for those wanting to eat in. Was feeling for fried chicken and rice and peas, but saw they ordered combination plates for an extra $2.50 so went with half jerk and half fried chicken. They have a side option of coleslaw or pasta salad, I chose the coleslaw. Food was really delicious. Rice was nice, not dried out, chicken was seasoned and flavourful. My only concern that the jerk chicken was cool, while the fried chicken and rice was hot. Not sure why that was, I don’t live to far. I just threw it in the microwave when I realized that. The cashier is really pleasant. She handled the busy line and was handling the calls. Next time I go in, I will ask her name to update this review with.
Excellent beef patty’s!!!! Just The right amount of heat in the spicy ones. Filling is delicious and plenty full not stingy on the filling like some, crust is flaky and flavourful. Price is very reasonable Location is clean and Service was good and quick. Best beef Patty we’ve had!
Very very very poor customer service. Tried to place a phone order at 7:19pm restaurant closes at 8. What is the purpose of having a phone? And on top of that; the front cashier woman is full of attitude. The one with the scar in her face. Very disrespectful. They need to let her go you don’t treat customers that way. Disappointed.
One of the best authentic Jamaican dishes I’ve had in time. Boyfriend and I ordered the Oxtails, and it was delicious! Plus the customer service is friendly and wonderful. Highly recommend!
Amazing food very clean! Great service everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Nice to have an authentic Caribbean place!
