This was my first time here and I will definitely be going back! There's a 50's atmosphere and it takes you back in time to Elvis and Marilyn! The portions are decent and filling. Love the retro look and hope you'll consider expanding and opening a second location!Food: 5/5
I opened a business nearby and I love breakfast, so my son and I decided to check it out. It’s super classic. Old photos - just a timeless place. Service was very friendly and the traditional bacon and eggs were awesome. I was surprised it wasn’t packed. Good work guys and thank you. We’ll be back.
The cashier was excellent so kind and suggestive she even delivered our food outside where we were waiting. We found this place on Google and it's busy and the food is great!!! Had the BLT with fries n gravy lots of bacon which is a plus for me considering most places are stingy on the bacon not this place!!!

This place is so magical, it feels like we went back in time. The atmosphere is colourful and fun, and all the nostalgic decor and music made for great conversation with our family. The service was great, we were attended to right away and I recognized the two nice female servers from previous visits. The food was delicious! The only thing missing from this place are rollerskates for the servers :D
Had a good traditional breakfast meal here! That's a really neat cooler that they're using the upper half as a display case for memorabilias.

Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of classic diner fare. An authentic vintage dinner - and they were playing a great medley of 50's music! Prompt take-out too if you don't have time to sit and enjoy the lovely vintage atmosphere. Encore performance - just as excellent!
I had the pleasure of dining at Route 401 Diner, while I am visiting from Florida, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, with a classic diner feel that was both cozy and comfortable. I ordered the classic cheeseburger with fries and was blown away by the quality and taste of the food. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were very reasonable. The service was also outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure that I had everything I needed throughout my meal. The atmosphere was lively and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about the satisfaction of their customers. Overall, I highly recommend Route 401 Diner for anyone looking for a delicious meal in a fun and welcoming environment. I will definitely be back for more of their mouth-watering burgers and excellent service.
Lovely little diner! I stopped for breakfast on my way out of town after a red-eye flight and it was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, food came quickly and was hot and good. The latte was excellent. Makes me sad that I don't live in town, but I will definitely stop by another time I fly. Wheelchair accessibility: Washrooms are down a flight of stairs so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
