This hotel has only a few rooms. The hotel is run by a husband and wife that live onsite. The rates are very reasonable. (as of this review only $35.00 a night). This is a hotel with the feel of Mayo Clinic of yesteryear. It is directly across the street from Mayo's Saint Mary's Hospital. Does not have the "new hotel look" look is VERY clean! And you can have break-feast every morning with the owners. Owners that have been doing this for decades!
