We had an older model heat pump and they were still willing to come out and accommodate installation and even though some parts were unique and missing, they kept problem-solving until they found a way to fix it. in house very good service.nDelivery of merchandise not worth the 70.00$ charged seriously disappointed.n1 Not advised items were dropped off no doorbell was soundedn2 items just left inside rear gaten3 heavy plant left by the gate without asking where we would like to be placed.nAll this when someone was home all day waiting for the delivery.

We visited and purchased items at club piscine several times and our experiences have always been very pleasant. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They also are very happy to speak to us in English as we feel it is important to understand the type of product you are buying and so receiving clear information in the language of your choice is very important. No matter how many times you go in to shop and do not buy anything they are always happy to serve you. Thank you club piscine.

I'd like to give Cedric Guy manager a 5 star review! I've been having many issues clearing my pool water this year. I emailed the service departement. After a few back and forth emails, I was discouraged and I was ready to purchase a whole new filter system. Cedric took the time to call me and troubleshoot with me on the phone. He advised me to not purchase a new filter and try a few things before investing more money. He could have easily sold me new equipement and called it a day!nnHow noble of him to take the time to advise me, even thought he did not make a profit out of it. I much appreciate his help and his honesty. Very rare in our day and age!nnThank you very much Cedric!

We went in to get replacement jets for a jacuzzi. The staff was super helpful and took the time to find our Jacuzzi model and show us the parts that we needed to purchase. Great experience with the staff! Keep it up
