Club Piscine Super Fitness

We are very pleased with the Club Piscine`s service when purchasing our spa. Staff was very welcoming from the moment we stepped foot in the store. First time, we dealt with Lina who was very knowledgable and professional. She answered all of our questions. After our spa was delivered, we went back to get our water tested, and dealt with a few other people at the store and once again everyone was super friendly and took the time to explained eveything with regards to testing our water and the products to use. Thank you Club Piscine!!!

Had nothing but a great expirence from start to finish with our inground pool. Employees have been very helpful with any follow up questions. Our expirence was so great that we also purchased and installed a hot tub with Matt and his team this year. I highly recommend this store :

Purchased a pool a couple years ago. Everything was perfect while dealing with the salesperson, answered all the questions we had about the different models of pools, heater and salt vs chlorine. We purchased the pool, heater, salt system, covers etc in February for install start of June. June came and went. When we would follow up we were told install would be the following week. We finally got an install date for Beginning of July. I booked the day off work to be there, no installers ever showed up. Received a call that they were behind and would come the next day. Booked another day off of work and again the installers never showed up because they didn’t have the proper plates on their vehicles to be on the road. They finally showed up mid July to install. We found out that day as nobody told us that we have to supply the pavers for the filter and heater to sit on. If we were told earlier I would have had this set up properly before hand. No big deal I ran out got the pavers a few bags of crushed stone and set up the platform, this didn’t delay the install as that stuff would only be setup once the pool was up. No big deal. As the loner was going on I asked the installer where the mat was underneath the liner, we had paid extra for that and I didn’t see it. The installer told us it wasn’t supplied and if they waited the pool wouldn’t be installed and would be pushed again for a few weeks as he had a schedule. He told me we didn’t really need it and not to worry and to call the store for a refund. Well the we didn’t get a refund but an in store credit instead. When the skimmer was being installed they told me the screws weren’t given either so I had to run out to the local pool store here and buy some so they could continue with the install. The pool was installed by the end of the day. This is where the. Nightmare began as we wanted to be refunded what we paid for and didn’t get. Everything was an argument, the managers didn’t want to know anything . Zero communications once they received our money in February. The was the pool lines were installed were all wrong I’m going to have to change everything as some pool lines are over 19 feet long for no reason. No valves installed anywhere. My heater s now not working and they told me it’s not their issue and to call the manufacturer. This is the last time I will ever deal with a club piscine. Buyers beware. Everything is great until they get their money then after that you are just a piece of trash to these people

in house very good service.nDelivery of merchandise not worth the 70.00$ charged seriously disappointed.n1 Not advised items were dropped off no doorbell was soundedn2 items just left inside rear gaten3 heavy plant left by the gate without asking where we would like to be placed.nAll this when someone was home all day waiting for the delivery.

We visited and purchased items at club piscine several times and our experiences have always been very pleasant. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They also are very happy to speak to us in English as we feel it is important to understand the type of product you are buying and so receiving clear information in the language of your choice is very important. No matter how many times you go in to shop and do not buy anything they are always happy to serve you. Thank you club piscine.
