As new home owners it’s our first time shopping at the Brick. My fiancé and I are very happy with the purchase of the dinning set we got..... as for bedding extremely long wait we may not receive It only until after the Christmas holidays. Overall good service great help from Andrea at the counter.

The only reason they are not getting a 1 star review is due to the in-store agent Rolf if I'm not mistaken, who fixed my delivery issues within 5 minutes. Our stove broke a few months back, and we found a replacement for it at a decent price here. We bought the stove online with the delivery set on Saturday two weeks after our purchase (it couldn't be sooner). All of the documents said the BRANCH would contact us the day before to confirm delivery, or if there were delays. That Friday, no call. The day of schedule delivery, I call the branch to confirm, just to be told kind of rudely that my stove is back ordered and they don't know when I will get it, and pretty much telling me it's my fault for ordering online. I called back and asked to speak to the manager, demanding to know why no one has called me to let me know my stove was on back order, or offering me any options. Again, I got the same attitude stating it was not their problems as the order was done online. I asked if it was possible for me to go in store and choose another stove and get it delivered the next day. I had no stove by that point for two weeks and I bake bread for family. I needed a stove urgently! No empathy from the store manager. She refused rush delivery, and said the soonest I would have a stove was Wednesday, but I would have to come in store to get reimbursed for my online purchase, since THE BRANCH HAS MY MONEY (after being told they are not responsible for online orders...). I was infuriated at that point. We looking online for another store that could deliver a similar stove at a similar pricing the next day, called a few places, and arrange for me to drive in and get the stove somewhere else. I had to go to the brick first and get reimbursed. Get there, have a little argument with the customer service lady, speak with the store manager and gave her a piece of mind. This got overheard by Rolf. Who managed to get me rush delivery for the next morning. For the stove I had ordered that was supposed to be back ordered. All in all, HE SAVED THE DAY. But I can never, will never recommend the brick. Not just this location, but online as well, to anyone Stay away from stress and headache

If only there was a rating less than 1. Worst experience ever buying furniture at this store. Purchased a bed and on the delivery day the bed came in three different boxes all saying on the labels of the boxes that the bed was supposed to be grey. Well, only 2 out of 3 parts of the bed were grey, the other was blue! And when I call the sales associate there was very much an attitude of "not my problem" once he had made his commission & was told to call customer service. Note to potential buyers, once you pay for the product after sales service is a nightmare, no accountability. First and last time buying at The Brick, taking my business elsewhere far from pushy sales people who just care about their commission and leave customers hanging when an order goes wrong.

I am still waiting on my fridge and stove, so i cannot rate the quality yet, however i was not very happy that we almost missed out on a discount. I believe the sales rep could have possibly not realized that we qualified for it, or it could have been just regular human error (which is normal) however maybe their system should recognize when a discount should be applied. They had a promo if you got 2 Samsung appliances you obtained 5% off, and while the transaction was about to go through, my Mother noticed the promo sign and asked why we didn't get the discount - he then applied it to the order. Other than that, he was friendly and we are hoping the appliance have no problems :)

Where do I start? Oct 6th my stove dies, Oct 7th I go here and they promise my new stove will be delivered on Saturday October 21st. No notifications or calls are made by them to inform me that my order is back-order until mid November. I had to call on Monday to find out, so they weren't even bothered by our situation. I called and said I expected a call from our salesman or the order would be cancelled. I had to call, then our salesman, Michel B. answers the phone and provides the crappiest after sales experience I have ever had the chance to receive! He could not even transfer the call to his manager, says I need to call back and go through customer service! I call back and the manager is not available, I leave my phone number and it was not taken down properly by the person who I asked to pass the message. I get in touch with Charles, who insists that I have to go in store to cancel my purchase. Never heard of a company not being able to cancel an order over the phone, specially if the goods were never even delivered. An e-mail has been sent to their H/O. With staff like this who aren't able to pay attention to details, and a manager who sees no urgency in this situation and no attempts were made to improve the customer experience by this entire team, I highly recommend you stay clear from this place of business.
