Queen's Landing

Had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. It was our first time at Niagara on the Lake. The hotel is very well appointed and very clean. The staff was excellent in all aspects. Little things matter and they have attention to these. It was our anniversary and they dropped off some flowers to us at no charge. Waiter in restaurant gave complementary dessert for the occasion. Pool area is excellent. Highly recommend.

The hotel was beautiful with classic touches, but the rooms were more modern. The service was great! The artwork was colorful and interesting. The bar and patio area looked relaxing and overlooked a marina. The location was excellent, and was within walking distance to the main strip, parks, and the waterfront. I think the pool area could use a refresh, but other than that, fantastic!

I recently stayed here for a work conference for the first time and I loved it. The hotel is beautiful! The location is great for walking into town and it’s by the water so you have a really great view. The rooms are large and comfortable, they left a rose for turndown service which is so sweet. I’d especially like to thank Gerardo/Gerry. He went above and beyond, grabbing me green tea and adding in honey from the Niagara region, such a nice touch and so thoughtful! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

The food was amazing! Great shuttle service. Didn't have to drive anywhere around the downtown area. Nice pool. Wonderful staff. Definitely will visit again!

Short walk to NOTL shopping area, theaters, and restaurants. Spacious room with king bed. Very clean. Staff was anxious to accommodate any request. Spent a relaxing weekend, took in two plays. Can't wait to return.
