Great location. Within walking distance or short drive of any place you’d want to go in Niagara-on-the -lake. Our server Jerry was so friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful! He even gave me oatmilk to go in case I wanted a coffee during the day while I was out. Most places won’t even provide milk alternatives for lactose intolerance. I truly appreciate the thoughtful gesture. We will definitely be back!
Had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. It was our first time at Niagara on the Lake. The hotel is very well appointed and very clean. The staff was excellent in all aspects. Little things matter and they have attention to these. It was our anniversary and they dropped off some flowers to us at no charge. Waiter in restaurant gave complementary dessert for the occasion. Pool area is excellent. Highly recommend.
Queen’s Landing is a gorgeous hotel with a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, and many offer stunning views of the water.nnThe service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home.nnWe dined at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast. Its location is great for exploring the town and nearby wineries. Overall, a luxurious and memorable experience!
We just had our wedding reception in the Grand Georgian ballroom, and safe to say was the best day of our lives. Isabella and I can't say enough with how well the day went. The team at QL worked very well, we were quite impressed. The food was delicious, room was fantastic, and staff were very accommodating and friendly. Thank you again to everyone that made our day what it was - perfection
The hotel was beautiful with classic touches, but the rooms were more modern. The service was great! The artwork was colorful and interesting. The bar and patio area looked relaxing and overlooked a marina. The location was excellent, and was within walking distance to the main strip, parks, and the waterfront. I think the pool area could use a refresh, but other than that, fantastic!
