We were here in December 2024 for the My Fair Lady production at the festival theater. Dinner at the Noble restaurant was good. The service was excellent and the waiter made it a priority that we got to our show on time. The room is very nice size and nicely decorated. Very clean. My wife says nice products in the bathroom.
We had a great experience in October at the Prince of Wales. Prior to booking, I called the hotel and spoke to the evening manager. I can't remember his name. I told him we wanted a specific room from the website and he ensured that that room was booked for us. We were so happy! My husband and I had a deep tissue couple's massage at the Secret Garden Spa, which was lovely. Ultimately, my husband and I were impressed with the room and service. Of course, the location is perfect too.
Came into this hotel just to check out the lobby area given it's historic nature. If you're into old style hotels this is the place for you. But if you like modern spacious hotels this won't be for you. Decor is classic and upscale with some historical significance. They have really nice paper towels in the washrooms. They have 2 on site restaurants that are on the pricey side.
My Mom and I had our lunch here, with the Traditional tea in the Drawing room. The rooms were beautifully decorated. The hostess and our waitress Jodi, were so friendly. As recommended, I called ahead as we were running late - an accident on the Skyline Bridge and then waiting for a ship to pass the locks...we were delayed. They were very appreciative for the call and very obliging for the delay. The tea was delicious as well as their food. Such a wonderful experience and introduction to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
It’s a charming place with beautiful atmosphere and delicious food. We had afternoon tea with bottle of red wine and all was amazing. Judi our server was great with perfect recommendations. Her service was exceptional. Can’t recommend enough.
