Quality Inn & Suites

Stayed here for a night while driving through Ontario and was honestly really impressed. The place was spotless – not a speck of dust anywhere. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were actually good not the sad, flat ones you usually get at roadside spots. Air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool without being noisy, which is a win in my books. Bathroom was sparkling clean, no weird smells or mildew, just fresh and tidy.nnIf you’re looking for a simple, clean, comfortable place to crash without any hassle, this is it. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for two nights while coming from montreal and driving back to GTA, decided to take a stop at kingston here at quality Inn. They were very accommodating and we checked in earlier in the morning around 8:45. Also had breakfast, which was included. The dining area, front desk, and overall hotel were spotless clean. It's spacious and welcoming when you first enter. The lady on the front desk morning shift was so accommodating that she even provided my husband with a meeting room complimentary for the day we arrived. I'm really, really grateful for that. My husband had important meetings scheduled for that day, and with toddlers, it's difficult to take calls in the same room, so that was a BIG help. The rooms were clean and organized as well. Housekeeping comes every day as well.nThere are free coffee and tea machines, THE BEST PART.nDuring the trip at some other hotels, I had to face this problem of not being able to have a cup of tea when I really needed caffeine during the day. So this was such an added bonus. Also, the room had a microwave and fridge. Again, it's super helpful, especially if you're traveling with kids and have to warm up milk, etc. The parking lot was HUGE and also in the morning it wasn't super busy with cars and there were patches of grass fields where my toddlers could play outside and not get stuck in the room during office hours. Overall the stay was very good and we had a wonderful experience.

Christopher, was a great help. All staff are very considerate. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We appreciated the Happy Anniversary card in our room on arrival. Location was good to maneuver around the city, recommend Sir John a MacDonald. Very direct to the downtown. Thanks again, Enjoyed.

Spent 3 nights here over the Thanksgiving weekend. The room was well stocked and clean with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.nnThe staff were all really friendly throughout the entire visit. The breakfast was sufficient but I wished they had 1 extra hot option each day but there were still enough options to have a good breakfast.nnI'd stay here again in the future if I visit Kingston again.

While checking in, Jessica did a fabulous job of making me feel welcomed. I had forgotten my phone charger and She made sure all was perfect before I left the front desk. Excellent service.
