This hotel was half the cost of some other hotels so if you are looking to save a few dollars I would recommend this place. We had a good stay. Parking was directly in front of our room. The room was clean. It had newer flooring and the furniture was older but in good shape. Tv, fridge and microwave all worked. No complaints about the firm bed. Bathroom was clean with towels, soap etc, provided. We woke up a few times wirh a vehicle starting and could hear people outside talking.
The swimming pool has small trees grown out of it .. washrooms are not that good.. there are no soaps no shampoos or conditioner at it at all.. they dont even have a hair dryer in their rooms.. bugs are in their rooms specially near light and in washrooms .. i have been to many motels but this is just wrost if them all.. if its possible to give negative stars i would i have given that ..
Went to Kingston last weekend. Seven Oaks Motel was a good location for where we were headed. Service was ok and room ok. Hard time to get TV to work, remote didn't work to turn tv on and off. Room was relatively clean but I just can't believe the prices of motels now. $176 for one night, I know lots of places are way more than that. Pictures online make the rooms look spectacular no hot tub in my room, I hate to think how much that room would have been. We arrived early enough in the afternoon, it was really hot outside....the outside swimming pool had a tree growing in it, no water in there for a long time. Fridge and microwave in the room. Nice to have a fridge for cold drinks but nothing to microwave, not even instant coffee for the morning. Not sure of its purpose. We ordered a pizza, not even a box of Kleenex to wipe my fingers or face, no paper towels just the towels to shower with. Didn't realize when I ordered the pizza I should have ordered paper plates and serviettes also. All said and done it was an ok Motel, was nice to sit outside and get fresh air, although room was air conditioned. Only one chair outside for every three rooms...I had to steal a chair to sit outside with my friend. I would hate to have to pay for a hotel probably would have been $250-$300 to sleep....
Stayed here for 2 days worse Stay I've ever had room was disgusting kitchenette had hair all over it as well as a couple used condoms on the counter. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting dirty. hair every where Would not recommend this disgusting place to anyone. 120.00 a night to live in dirt.nClean your rooms better or get rid of your cleaning lady that don't know how to clean properly.
Decent but a tad overpriced. Similar motel experiences hardly cost over 100 bucks a night, even during tourist seasons. Staff is friendly, parking is available, TV channels are ok, wifi works like a charm. The room we were in didn't feel old or dilapidated, no coffee maker but I'm not really a fan either.
