Seven Oakes Motel

Ugly and dirty! The worst hotel we have stayed ever. Very dirty, unpleasant and very poor. The price is too high for this kind of hotel. We did not want to stay in a lower price hotel to avoid having to find this type of hotel dirty and old fashioned. We have photos that prove these facts. The sheets stained with blood and urine on the wall of the bathroom. Horrible. We do not even stay to sleep because of the disgust we feel. It should not have a single star, it is badly classified.

This has been our second stay here... While it isn't the fanciest of places, it's clean and affordable. It's also pet friendly.

Stayed there November 3rd 2017. Have stayed there every year for the last 5 years. Never again,. Had pre booked the room . New owners now. We arrived around 3 pm. They asked us to pay in advance then told us the room was not ready for another 45 minutes even though the sign on the desk said check in at 2 pm. We returned at 4 room still not ready. We waited till the maid finished cleaning. The carpet felt sticky the bottom bed sheets not tucked in and next door a group of young people noisy chatting and smoking outside most of the night. Not a good experience. Price was decent but not worth it.

Motel was a good price, but the rooms were outdated. Bed was not the most comfortable. Otherwise clean and was fine.

Although I didn't stay there I visited some "residents" there. I say residents because they live there full time. Their room was disgusting. I didn't see any other rooms though, so I cannot otherwise comment, but if I were a guest staying in the room next to said residents, the smell would bother me. It is a step up from the Kozy Inn, which is across the street. But so is a cardboard box that two hobos had unprotected mashy mashy in. Great location!
