If laundry machine steals your $$$, front desk doesn’t not care about giving you your $$$ back. 

I had her troubleshoot the machine with me and put the coins in herself so she clearly saw that it was not giving me the credit.  

I was not able to get the coins to return. 

When I came back to the front desk to get quarters again, she wouldn’t give me the quarters unless I gave her correct change in nickel/dimes. 

She also did not place an out of order sign on the machine. I call the # for the laundry service myself to report the issue with the machine. They said they would reimburse the front desk for the change that I lost. 

Also, if they’re not going to have a change machine, front desk should have plenty of quarters to help guests who want to do laundry. 

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. 

I would stay here again. I would rather pay $2 extra to do laundry at a truck stop where the machines work and I can also use my debit card or points card to start the machine.

Additionally, I was having an issue getting adequate phone reception in laundry room and hallway so I moved and sat down across from the front desk. 

The woman at the front asked me what my room number was. I thought that was strange because I was sitting with my back towards her and I was also on the phone. 

I told her my room number and I also decided to check out as well at that time because I didn’t want to have to interact with her again for the rest of my time there. 

I finished my laundry and left.

Rooms were adequate at best, location was terrible and parking is not secure at all. Between the construction making finding the hotel really difficult and leaving huge areas where just about anyone can sneak in without being noticed, the safety of the hotel.leaves a lot to be desired. During our stay, our room offered us a great view of an episode of COPS in the Pep Boys parking lot that was out our window. There was also a car broken into during our two night stay. Moving on to the amenities, the pool was fine, but the hot tub was closed. The exercise room had a recumbent bike and a universal gym, not much else. The breakfast was adequate, but they were out of many items when we arrived and they were not filled before we had to leave. Overall, I give the hotel a two star rating. For $100+ a night, neither the location or the amenities are worth the price. This is much more along the lines of a 4 star $70 a night highway hotel, not a $100 offering that is near anything but a bad intersection miles from Federal Way or Tacoma.

Have been here a handful of times and all was good, but the last chance visit will be last visit.   Took 25 minutes to log in, as they have a new system.   Room was dingy and bed lumpy.   Hot tub completely shut down and pool had so much chlorine in it your eyes watered and throat itched from it.  Shady characters hanging out drinking in parking lot.

Its relatively clean its nice and warm inviting location its well located in town breakfast was amazing the beds were great

Good hotel with friendly staff and perfectly fine rooms. Close enough to the Tacoma Dome that an Uber isn't badly priced. Place can be hard to find from the road, and the hotel itself is not well lit at all so you're driving past a couple strip mall places to get to it wondering "um, is that it down there?" Yes, that's it down there.
