Best Western Plus Mountain View Auburn Inn

We stay periodically at this property and are always satisfied. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and large and we're close to everything. Easy access to freeways without the freeway noise. The most recent stay, we were told a group of kids were going to be staying and the staff wanted to make sure we're were aware that it may be noisy and bustling and put us on the top floor just in case. The teens were normal, boisterous kids but we only heard them in the hallways and they never impacted our stay. I highly recommend this property. They offer a decent breakfast, noon check-out, and happy hour M-Th (with two drink coupons and munchies).

Great place for people with pets with a nice green space to exercise the dog. Also, extensive free breakfast with convenient hours. Easy to access the freeway. Chirping smoke alarm in the hallway (reported, but not fixed) and noisy guests (youth volleyball team) on my floor would have given it more stars.

One of the better Best Western properties I've stayed at. Professional, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. I really appreciated the appetizers in the evening, giving you a chance to meet new people. I also enjoyed the added items for breakfast, such as a burrito bar, and made to order omelets.

Fast check in and out. Friendly and helpful service. Clean rooms. We had the kitchenette suite. It had dishes and a dishwasher among fridge etc. Very nice. We go to these BWPlus because of the cleanliness, breakfast and pool. Highly recommended

Breakfast was AMAZING! Made-to-order breakfast burritos, bacon, biscuits and sausage gravy - perfect! The eggs were actually seasoned when they were scrambled and they had the best waffle makers for mini sized waffles or regular sized, not to mention the typical yogurt, cereal, toast, bagel and fruits. Plus, multiple coffee options! The staff is friendly and always helpful, the hot tub and pool is open 24 hours to adults! The rooms have an up-to-date design, with cushion headboards - so no need for more pillows to prop you up in bed comfortably! I was truly amazed at how great this Best Western was in all aspects.
