I love this place been going there for years best deal on glasses in town they truly charge $69.95 for 2 pairs of glasses if u don't get n e extras like tint ect.

Clearly this place used to be an apartment complex, but has been turned into a nice hotel. It works well! We had two 2nd floor rooms, each a one-bedroom with a king bed, living room with flat sheen tv, balcony, and kitchenette. Everything seemed very clean, if a bit dated. All windows and balcony sliding doors were new and really lightened the place up. Bathroom was standard, still with small round toilets instead of more comfortable elongated versions, but again, all squeaky clean and nicely done. Extremely well priced for the amount of space you get. They also serve a nice continental breakfast in the morning. Very friendly staff at check-in! Felt safe and secure. Well done! Plenty of parking too! The whole place may have been from the 1960s (not totally sure) but they had some great vintage period furniture in the lobby. I kind of wish they'd carried that design & decor through to the rooms, but I'm probably in the minority who'd appreciate the aesthetic, but it could make for a really fun boutique hotel experience! All in all I'd stay here again. And kudos to the housekeeping staff! The place was spotless! You rock!

There was very little value here by way of customer service. We cleaned the place ourselves, made our own beds most of the time, and had to call almost every night for replacement sheets for our children. Mind you, they took the dirty sheets away every day, but never made the bed back up, and didn't even leave sheets. Then they wanted to charge us a dollar for every time we asked for replacements. If you choose this location for your stay, assume you will be responsible for everything, from cleaning to turn down service and then you will see that you would be able to get as much space for cheaper with an Airbnb. Also, there is an espresso hut just outside the main office that is not family friendly. No big deal if you have no kids, but if you want to avoid explaining bikini baristas to your young children then stay away. This is a definite no go for us next time we make the trip to Seattle.

Not a bad place at all. Our room was clean and pretty comfortable which is all you can really ask for. It's nothing breath-taking but that's not terribly important to me. I'd say the rooms are fairly big and roomy. I really like the fact that many of the rooms already have a kitchen sink, toaster, microwave and a lot of the amenities that many other places lack. The prices are fair in my opinion. I'd recommend staying here if you want to avoid the downtown craziness and the downtown prices! You can get everywhere you really want to go in Seattle in about 15-20 minutes so if you're looking to save a few bucks and don't mind traveling a bit this is a great place to stay.
