Comfort Inn Federal Way - Seattle

This is my first time staying at a Comfort Inn. I expected it to be and moderate hotel with basic amenities but I was completely wrong. The rooms we're well-appointed with very comfortable beds extra pillows, fluffy towels in the bathroom. The hot tub and pool area were clean and amply supplied with towels. The free breakfast I'll be at basic still had fruits and vegetables and eggs and sausage and things like that. They're coffee station was instant but very good coffee. The staff were very helpful. Overall we had a great experience staying there.

Comfort Inn in Federal Way was a well-appointed and comfortable Hotel. We were there to sing in a Barbershop Harmony contest and we're very happy with the staff there. They allowed us to rehearse in one of the conference rooms so we have more room and and be quieter for the other guests. The beds were extremely comfortable and the amenities were full with everything you needed and it had a great breakfast definitely a place we would stay at again.

Stayed here 2 days. Not happy with the services. First of all, no shuttle service to and from the airport. No late checkout services. If you do checkout late they required payment for another day which is outrageous. Little bit too noisy in the mornings while the Maids are cleaning up. They don't defrost the refrigerators for the next customer to use. Dust in and around the beds in the room. Need a little bit more food for the continental breakfast in the morning. They should be rated as a 2-star hotel.

Nice, clean, great staff and a great spread for breakfast. The workout machines were not cooperating, sure at least one was broke but I stayed cause the cable was much better in there than in the rooms. The power of a "guide" button.

Great place front stage very friendly! Loved the vaulted ceiling and spacious clean room. Definitely a repeat customer!!!
