The lobby area is quiet and comfortable for small meetings. The ability to order a Starbucks coffee is great. I met with a colleague and had a wonderful meeting with no interruptions.

Casual atmosphere. Reasonable rates. Small dining area to order meals. Not pet friendly. Swimming available.

For what it is, is it's called nice hotel. Reasonably priced and clean rooms. Quiet rooms and a good breakfast.

All around an excellent experience! From lobby to hotel room bathroom, everything was impeccably clean and the staff was professional and very hospitable. The pool area is kept clean at all times and neatly designed. And despite the busy area it's located in, the rooms are soundproof enough to keep out busy traffic noise. Even the elevators are above and beyond fast and efficient. Thanks Marriott Courtyard Federal Way!
