Used to be great. Recently lacking good quality employees. They are rude, ignore customers, and very unprofessional. I even seen an employee roll his eyes at the patron who spilled her drink. I'll travel a couple miles out of my way to go to another location before going back here again.

I used to call in great reviews of the staff at this location. Cashier rude and didn't fix my order or adjust the price with a manager standing right there! I was the only one in line, too! The people preparing my order were very nice.

Today I met the worst staff imaginable at this qdoba. They gave me maybe a half scoop of rice and a 1/4 scoop of beans at best and to make it even worse the lady still couldn't manage to wrap it right. I've gotten massive burritos before and this thing was tiny in comparison! When I realized the tortilla was barely folded over I immediately took it back only to essentially get laughed at by the dude at the register. Clearly customer service is not Qdoba's strong suit and as a regular customer I don't think I could ever bring myself to visit this location anymore.
