My son was getting an upgrade for his phone, and I liked what I heard so I decided to switch. They helped every step of the way, and when I had some questions the next day, I ran in, and they answered those questions too! They never made me feel like it was a bother, and I am very happy with my choice!!

We were so pleased with the service at this Cricket location. We were having trouble getting voicemail to function with a new phone and Anthony went above and beyond fixing the problem. He did a new software update and that fixed it. Great job!

I'd rather not drive out of my way, with a truck that gets 11mpg, only for this place to be locked up and closed and two in the afternoon on a Monday. I even tried to call the store and it rang and disconnected. Since setting up my service, I hadn't realized that the port didn't go through properly, and number would not receive calls. Will again have to just switch service.

I like the phone and the service so far. The real highlight was the customer service I got from Ryan - he gracefully helped me through a difficult situation with another carrier.nnThanks Ryan! You helped me get back to work and for that I am grateful!
