Best in Kalamazoo! Super helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and keep it in my price range. I will always come here and I can’t wait to try some of the juice they have!

The only place I go! If you're a first time buyer they'll guide you towards what you'll want/need. Customer service is beyond exceptional. The mgr has been there fot 4+ years (that I know of, maybe more) and always says hi! Makes me feel appreciated. You walk in the door and they'll say hello, but not make you feel rushed to make a purchase.

I came to the store looking for help with a mechanical mod and to get some E-liquid. I was greeted and helped by Kaden and he was able to help me resolve my issue in less than 5 mins and inform me how to fix it at home if it ever happened agian. Super cool staff, tasty E-liquids, great competitive prices, chill atmosphere! Will definitely be returning to this location.

Came here in desperate need of new cotton for my vape. Kaiden was happy to provide me with the tools necessary to rewick in a jiffy. He was very knowledgeable and respectful of customers wishes while I completed my task, as well as having the store clean and organized. You deserve recognition Kaiden. Thank you!
