A little pricey but super friendly and helpful staff. In store groomers. Special free offers for pups. Wide selection and well stocked organized and cleaned. You can also bring in your pets.

Just wanted to give a shout out to our groomer Jolene. We took our husky in at the start of her blow out and she took the time to get 99% of her undercoat out. A 2 hour operation which would have taken us ages at home. Kudos to all the groomers for their hard work. Considering the breed and the cost, I would come back for all my animals in an instant. Great job!

The staff specifically for fish really seemed lacking in customer service skills. One gentleman in specific definitely seemed to not want to be bothered with my questions in regards to setting up my new tank and what types of fish to get or how to manage the tank. Not to mention there were several dead fish floating around in the tanks. I'll be going elsewhere from now on..

Pretty decent selection of cat toys and scratching posts, with a huge assortment of cat foods to choose from. Unfortunately their cat care section (shampoo, brushes, soaps, etc.) always seems to be a little empty. We were looking for shampoo and most of the racks were empty, which limited our choices a little bit. Their selection of collar tags is a little small as well, but that's probably something you could search for online if you want more customization options

Can I give a zero rating? I have never been a fan of taking our dog to PetSmart on West Main St because it seems to me like they never really do much for the amount of money they charge but unfortunately, there aren't many other groomers to choose from that are available on short notice. We just got our beautiful golden retriever groomed here on Monday and he came home with literal cuts on his skin. I get it... the mats under his ears get bad, I have actually gotten them out before but it takes time and patience. Instead of just working at it, they shaved under his ears and somehow cut him in numerous places. He is still bleeding under his ears 4 days later and now needs a cone to keep him from scratching the wounds. So my pup got a bath, barely a haircut, no nail clipping and he also got tortured with a pair of scissors and some clippers and it cost me $100!! How traumatizing for all of us! I will never take him back there and no one I know will ever take their dogs there. It's evil and disgraceful, all I ask for is a professional service and PetSmart can't even get it right. I am livid that they took my money and didn't even tell us that there was an issue. Awful establishment.
