I normally go to the Holland, mi store but was visiting family in Kalamazoo & in need of a coil. I’ve always had a good experience in Holland with the staff & am happy to report I had the same at this location. The young men working were very friendly & informative. I highly recommend 👍

Just spent over $130 in store ,kid working the counter would not help me set up my tank would not recommend what type of juice I needed. I will never spend another dime in this shop or would I tell anyone to go there. If they have helpful people there, they must of had the day off. Stay away is my review
