Found Q1 Le Pho when searching for soup noodle place in area. I like the atmosphere here, tables are well spaced apart and the place is clean. Beef brisket w/ tomato rice noodle soup - Only comes in one size, portion was decent like a medium. Flavour of soup was good however would've liked it more if the soup was diluted a bit morewas a bit too strong in taste. They use drytype noodles and they do give a good amount of beef brisket which was juicy and tender. Thai curry beef brisket - There's a lot of flavours in this curry and it all comes together in harmony. It tasted phenomenal, doesn't seem as greasy as other curries I had. Vietnamese iced coffee - Very bold and intense flavour even when it's in such a large cup. I would think it would taste much better after ice melted but couldn't stick around long enough for that to happen. Overall it was a decent experience. I think all the things ordered had very good potential to be great and all they need is a bit more quality control to get there.
Found Q1 Le Pho Asian Eatery awhile ago but haven’t had a chance to give it a try until recently. Came on a weekend so it was quite packed. Waited a few minutes for a table. Very friendly& speedy service. Tasty authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Reasonably priced too. Wide selections of food. Parking isn’t a concern as it is located in a huge plaza. If you haven’t been here, go give it a try!!
Friendly service when ordering take out. Presentation was appetizing however the broth could’ve been more flavourful and the meat less chewy. The cold rolls were mainly filled with lettuce and lacked the other ingredients normally found in them. Overall adequate quality and taste but probably won’t reorder.
Service is fast and good. Food is yummy They are now having their anniversary If u pay cash and order $49 Monday to Friday, They will serve u half Run away chicken for free If U dine in at Saturday or Sunday, u have to order $59 before tax in total to get the half Chicken for free. Service is good, There is a toy for guess to play for free also. We will come back some Time for sure. Thank u.
Singapore Laksa Noodles Soup • Specialty Pho • Food was fresh and delicious. The portions were good. I love Singapore Laksa! This one was one of the yummy ones. The soup was so flavourful and the shrimp was so fresh. It’s not too spicy, but I love spicy food, so next time will order it extra spicy.
Great pho place with big flavors and generous portion. Clean and spacious environment, good service. Portions are bigger than average Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Take out 10% cash discount. Now also hiring for staff. Meals included.
Seats are comfortable and clean, staffs are friendly, taste are really good on both Laksa and tomato brisket noodle, however….too much msg, I felt super thirsty when I just finished half bowl of noodle. Overall is fine if you don’t mind too much msg. I give 3.5 stars
Pretty tasty Vietnamese cuisine although I doubt their authenticity. I have to say I wasss pretty thirsty after having the pho with broth. Great presentation of the food - great for pictures. The pho came with COOKED beansprouts
Service is good. Staff are friendly. Venue is modern and clean. It was quite busy inside. We got the special pho and the special vermicelli bowl. Pho: The amount of beef in the soup was not very substantial. The meatballs were miniature as well. Not sure I have seen any that small before. They were like 1/4 of regular size. Not many green onions or onions as well. The noodles were the fresh type, but they were overcooked and not very al-dente. They were too soft and nearing disappointing. We got extra noodles for $3 extra in a small bowl. The broth was the star. Super beefy and flavorful. I didn't even need to add any hoisin sauce or sriracha to elevate it. This was probably my favorite part. Vermicelli: the noodles seemed to all be broken. Not sure if it was because there wasn't enough fish sauce to coat the noodles. It was difficult to eat. Texture was fine. The ground pork pattie was flavorful, but I would pass next time. Just wasn't a fan of this personally. Would get the chicken or pork next time. Spring rolls were crispy and packed full of meat and veggies. The sugar cane shrimp was pretty good. A bit smaller than what I would have expected but the sugar cane was so sweet. I would not be happy paying $4.50 for an extra one. Overall, I would pass on this place for pho. The broth was solid but everything else was mediocre. I have heard good things about their curry and would try that the next time. The portion of curry looked gigantic. Kid-friendliness: They had high chairs. No noob chopsticks though.
Great tasting pho, I always order the special Pho Beef soup and it doesn't disappoint. Portions are large and the broth is rather nice, although you definetly fee the msg withdrawal a few hours after eating thirsty for dayz but it's worth it lol! The place is clean enough and there are lots of menu items to select from. I strongly recommend pho but if not, meat and rice is always a good option along with the rice/spring rolls. Not the best pho I've ever had but definetly very enjoyable. Highly recommended if you just want to chill and eat pho. Be advised... prices are not super cheap, but also not expensive. I'd say it's average when compared to other spots in Southern Ontario.Cheers!
