First of all I want to say is it would be great if they can provide Chicken broth for Non-Beef eater customers even though I understand that Beef stock is most authentic broth for Pho. So pple don’t eat beef like me can also enjoy a bowl of Pho in cold days. Secondly, if they can bring bill to customer’s table or a wireless tap machine would be very helpful too because it can avoid the line up in front of the busy traffic area the room is tight and servers are walking around with hot soup Beside those 2 opinions, I enjoyed my food very much. I had Grilled Pork & Spring Rolls Vermicelli#48, my husband had the Pork Chop & Chicken Broken Rice #43 and hot coffee. The portion was good and the price is reasonable.
Food was hot and decor was nice. Seats where widely disbursed giving each patron ample space. However strong odor in the restaurant turned down the ambience of the meal. Possibly from wet carpet? Also disappointed coffee was not drip although still strong. Fried chicken wings were crispy and good. Didnt originally register via mobile app but waiter wad kind to manually enter in for me. Parking: Hard to find parking as there are multiple eateries and shops in the mall.
Amazing food. Good service some still being trained. A bit chaotic but they just opened so that's normal. Clean and beautiful environment. Tight seating. Closed Thursdays. Some interesting menu items. Wings were sticky and well flavoured. Spring rolls were fresh and crispy. Noodle texture was perfect. Soup was lovely. Loads of garnish.
Food is good. Service is ok now. I think they iron out the chaos from the opening. They are way too busy with 28 tables. Line up starting at 11:30am when they open at 11am. LOLFood: 5/5
It hurts me to say... AVOID this location! The management is extremely rude and appears to have no idea how to run a restaurant effectively. The seating number system is totally useless. Had a number to be seated next and the manager randomly seats 6 other tables other than the people that checked in and got a number first. Then dares say, oh.. I Don't know.... Seriously? How did you become the manager/ owner? The online ordering system they have plastered everywhere is NOT working and the servers are running around like chickens with heads cut off with no order or system. We were delivered food that we have not even been able to place an order from... Then when ordering their "specialty " from said clueless owner/ manager, he dare say, sorry the other table that I seated in front of you ordered the last one and we are sold out.... then walks off without returning to finish our order. Had to flag down another server to place my order. Seriously, if I wanted to be aggravated, I would have gone to Yorkdale to find a parking spot Boxing Day than to step foot in this laughable establishment... Never again!
The pho broth was tasty - slightly on the sweeter side. They use tenderloin which is better than the meat at other Vietnamese restaurants that use cheaper cuts. Their pho is fusion between the north and south Vietnam as it is covered in green onions and optional pickled veggies north with bean sprout and thai basil garnishing south. Chicken wings with sticky rice are a must! Also love the rice paper spring rolls.
Since the hwy7 location open , I'm there twice a week , all the dishes are really delicious especially this coconut, I finish one and take out one home .but unfortunately during meal time there is a bit of a wait. But the line moves really quick .
Ate lunch here today. They just newly open this location. I went couple of times to their other location near Yorkdale. Overall the food is good. The price is a little expensive. I ordered chicken on rice, small soup and 4 spring rolls. Each is about $15. With tips and tax is about $50. The place is clean maybe because it is new. I will come back again next time.
Visited on their 2nd day of grand opening. The food overall taste good and have many different kinds of condiments on the side. Place is nicely decorated and not too tight with seating space. They definitely have a lot of room for improvement. They got our order wrong at the first place, but after some communication, we got our correct order. The pho arrived with hot broth, and lots of meat and fixings. The appetizers are ok, nothing really stand out but it's not bad. Some servers English is pretty bad and we find it difficult to order. The famous beef bone pho is limited for 30 orders per day, but it did not state on the menu. The waiting system is very primitive, just give you a posted note with a hand written number on it. The QR code ordering system is not working but it was placed on the table. We asked for a takeout box, but they only have 1 size and definitely too big for our leftovers. The price is more expensive than other pho place, but the portion is big. It is not for someone like me who don't eat much, but may be good for someone who have big appetite. Small regular phone is $15.95, but I can only finish half of it.
Went for Dinner on a Saturday evening around 5:30. No wait but almost all the tables were full. Price was on the higher end, but food portions were reasonable. Flavour for the pho broth was somewhat bland and some of the more popular menu items were sold out. Service was average as restaurant was well staffed. However, all the staff walking around the restaurant and clearing away plates immediately made me feel rushed to leave. Seating was okay, but if you find yourself with a 2 person table, don't expect much table space if you plan to order more than 1 dish per person.
