Overall good store! This is one of those stores I wish I could give 3.5 stars on, but I will have to settle for 3. Pros: Family run business, GREAT Customer Service, Wide variety of items, Great Customer Service, Knowledgeable staff, Did i say great customer service? But really the people there are really friendly, attentive where genuinely good customer service is rare. Cons: Products may be very overpriced for some items(Personal example are a pair of Sennheiser headphones which I found for less than half of the in-store price online, Raises an issue when you can only return for in-store credit.

The owner was extremely nice and knowlegable, and even stocked the obscure part I wanted (vhf transformer). A well run, family owned business.

PIRE MAGASIN EN VILLE ! LES PROPRIÉTAIRES SONT DES VOLEURS! JE N'AI QUE DE MAUVAISES EXPÉRIENCES, ET LA DERNIÈRE FUT LA GOUTTE QUI FAIT DÉBORDER LE VASE. ILS M'ONT VOLÉ MON IPOD EN CROYANT QUE C'ÉTAIT UN IPHONE... N'ALLEZ JAMAIS DANS CE MAGASIN MAUDIT !

Expérience-client bien désagréable. Mauvaise foi du vendeur. Quand on achète, le sourire y est jusqu'aux aux oreilles. Lorsque le produit ne fonctionne pas... C'est d'une insulte totale. Je me suis ASSURÉE avant l'achat que le produit est certifié Apple, monsieur et jeune femme disent oui c'est certifié, excellent produit. Ils disent en vendre 5-6/jours.. Le produit ne fonctionne pas. Je retourne à la boutique avec mon MacBook Air. (Puisque je n'ai droit qu'un crédit, pas de remboursement, j'avais besoin de tester) Finalement ils me répondent qu'ils n'ont AUCUN produits certifié Apple (!?!?) Ils me donnent un crédit avec attitudes désagréables. Je ne peux rien acheter: rien de compatible! La jeune femme pointe un produit dans un sac en plastique sans Boite. Il teste sur mon laptop, ça marche. Ils me vendent le cordon 30$+taxes. 5$ plus cher que le cordon Apple chez Bestbuy. Ouvert, Sans boite, dans un sac en plastique bidon. Je n'avais pas le choix de l'acheter, mon crédit ne me servait à rien autrement... Mauvaise foi. Je n'encouragerais pas ce genre de commerce une autre fois. Désolée.
