I’m a certified apple technician and went to Dantech cause I was too lazy to fix my own MacBook. Since I know my stuff, I’m a pretty good judge of how efficient their service is. While I was there I saw how they dealt with less computer savvy customers as well. These guys are straight forward, friendly and will do anything they can to keep the costs down. 👍

I had a virus on my mac. 41 viruses to be precise. They deleted all 41 within a few minutes and installed a free program that would prevent future viruses. Great customer service! Also very happy of the price.

My HD failed and my last backup was months ago. Dantech associate Ugo was matter of fact about my chances at data recovery and new hardware options. I was not pressured once into making any rush decision, or into purchases. They managed to get all the data transferred from my failed HD, which professional utilities showed at 1% capacity. They are courteous, professional and I chose them because other online reviews from women were overwhelmingly positive in how they were treated. YMMV but Dantech was real, professional and zero attitude. I would go to them again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Dantech!!

Don't go there. I had a terrible experience all together at Dantech. It's a little confusing to understand but here is what happened: When my external hard drive stopped working I went to Dantech for help. They were supposed to look at it the next day since I needed some datas right away for a tight deadline. They said they'd called me the next day. They didn't. 3 days later I had no news so I called them. They said the specialist for my type of issue wasn't going to be there until in 3 days and they would call me in 3 days. They didn't. 4 days later I called them and this went on and on for 21 days. When I went to drop a new hard drive so that they could save my recovered datas on it, the staff was really busy talking together and didn't acknowledged me for ages before I asked if I could possibly have costumer service. After 21 days someone called and said that he had recovered 100% of my datas. I went to the store, we looked at the datas and only 30% was recovered. Plus all the folders were gone and I only had disorganised files (numbers) and no way to figure out what was where. The worst is that they could not find my initial hard drive, which I needed so that I could go and try to recover my datas somewhere else. I was then told that it was lost and that the technician who worked on my hard drive (and who might know where it was) was in holidays for 2 weeks. They invited me to come back in 2 weeks to (maybe) get my hard drive back. I told the clerk that I wasn't willing to pay as long as I didn't have my initial hard drive but he didn't recognized his mistake. He hid my second hard drive and said I wouldn't take it anywhere without paying (remember, it was mine!). He was extremely emotional, rude and unfair and we got into an argument. Eventually I said fine, I will pay for it but I'll make sure to give you a bad review. He started panicking and yelling and said that he would not let me pay and he called the big boss instead. He kept refusing for me to pay which was insane and ridiculous. The boss came, apologized to me for what happened and ask the clerc to let me pay and go. In the meantime my initial hard drive was found which I took to an other place.

GREAT SERVICE AND REALLY QUICK!!! I went to the Apple store to get my 2011 Macbook Pro fixed, but they told me my VINTAGE (lol) laptop couldn't be fixed. I went on a Tuesday afternoon to Dantech (recommended by a friend) and they fixed it in less than 24 hours for a total of 80$!!! Now my computer works PERFECTLY and I don't have to spend 1500$ on a new laptop! The guy there was really nice and he took the time needed to explain to me how a laptop works. Thank you so much!! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
