I got oysters and then tuna, delicious. My son got lamb and my daughter got mushroom pasta, all excellent. Great atmosphere, excellent wine list (many many offered by the glass). In a beautiful neighborhood and easy access with the false creek ferry which stops virtually right in front. Would love to go back.

Took my sister out for dinner for her birthday. Service was okay however we decided to try oysters and after having one I found a worm swimming in the shell. I immediately felt ill so I went to the restroom. Originally they had taken the oysters off the bill and we asked to speak to the manager. He seemed a bit stand offish and when asked if they washed the oysters before hand he said no because it takes away the natural brine...he then comped our drinks and took %25 off the bill. Never having fresh oysters before I would have appreciated a bit more reassurance, as they acted as if that sort of thing happened often. I'm not sure how normal or often it occurs but it was still gut wrenching to experience! Overall atmosphere was pleasant and was impressed at their wine selection. Unsure if I will go back, and perhaps seafood is just not for me!

Luckily we have place like this in vancouver. Place that make a simple dinner become something to remember. Everything in this place is taken care of, from the look to the food to any minimalistic detail.
An experience that you cannot miss

Came here for brunch.. waitress brushed us off when we asked to substitute certain meats for others due to our dietary restrictions. Not the most friendly staff and food was average.

Food was good. Service as well. And there was no pressure to leave even though I think there may have been people waiting for our table.
