We had an amazing meal at Prosecco. They were able to fit us in without a reservation on a Saturday thankfully. The bartender was amazing and creative with her own cocktail recipes. The restaurant is a bit tight and we would get a blast of cold air when people would open both doors but we had a very pleasant evening!Food: 5/5
Oh my goodness me!! I wish I would have gotten more pictures! Everything was so delicious! The “avocado” appetizer was especially AMAZING!! The service was great! I definitely will be returning!
Food was incredible! We had the ribeye, which was cooked to perfection, paired with the cavatelli noodles bursting with flavor and a side of the serviceable fingerling potatoes. The apple pie with ice cream was a 10/10. Our waiter was very helpful with his food suggestions being it was our first time at Prosecco. We were unable to try most of their drinks because it was being renovated. The margarita and Moscow mule we settled for were...not good. Great atmosphere that definitely felt very classy and high-end as Prosecco describes. While the wall art added to the Venetian ambiance, it was not as romantic an experience as described and surprisingly quite noisy, to the dismay of another group there that actually told our waiter to turn it down, lol. I would come back and recommend to others! Two dishes and a side combined with two mixed drinks totaled to ~$209 with a 20% tip included.
I just went in to visit and see the menu and look at some entries. The food looked delicious. The dining.room was decorated very elegantly The dining room was also not noisy I was impressed with elegance of dining room and the prices were very reasonable.
The food is absolutely mouth watering. I had the Frutti Di Marri and it was SO delicious. The sponge cake …I can’t say enough good things Service was outstanding- such friendly, attentive staff. The ambience is warm and classy. A new favourite Chicago restaurant!
Amazing experience at Prosecco! Last month I inquired about private dining options for a group of nine to celebrate an engagement, and the private dining manager Brianna recommended the round table which was absolutely perfect for our group. I worked with Brianna to customize a three-course meal, and she was super helpful and organized. At dinner our group could not have been more impressed with the ambiance, food, and service. We appreciated that the restaurant prepared gluten-free versions of several entrees per our request, and the portions for each dish were generous. The family-style menu was well-rounded thanks to Brianna's help with varied appetizers, pastas, meats, and seafood, and every guest had a different favorite dish - a true testament to the restaurant's food quality. I would 100% recommend Prosecco for group dining and cannot wait to return! Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten free options. The restaurant was more than happy to prepare gluten-free versions of several family style entrees.
An amazing, yet unpretentious Italian eatery located near north side. First impressions are key and the staff are above stellar with respect to how accommodating and personable they are. However -- let us move on to the amazing decor. Elegant and uplifting without being ostentatious. The skylight in the back room is a nice touch. Then the food . . . well, I'll let the picture speak for itself. The Tartufate pasta on the right is so amazingly creamy and delicious wirhout being heavy in the slightest. And the Ribeye. . . oh the Ribeye. Let the picture speak for itself. Literally the best steak I've ever eaten. Better than any steakhouse in NYC yea, you, Peter Luger's.
We held our wedding rehearsal dinner at Prosecco and have only the most positive things to say about the experience. Everyone we worked with was incredibly helpful- from picking a menu, to setting up decor, to seeing us through the evening. The space was fantastic. It was perfectly suited for 30 people, both standing drinks and seated dinner. And the food itself was perfect. The group was raving about the pasta and wine. Will absolutely host events at Prosecco again in the future.
My family and I dinned at Prosecco in November. My daughter choose this restaurant for what she perceived as being a conversation friendly, romantic, and sophisticated. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The restaurant was noisy, bright and unromantic Aside from being expensive , not sure if the price was $30-50 per person could have been more, it was noisy, bright with none of the ambience seen in pictures. The service was poor too. The bar is large and perfect for individuals on a first date but not for individuals wanting a nice dinner, in a quiet restaurant.
Great Italian restaurant. Food was spectacular, drinks were great. The service was good too.Food: 5/5
