Pops for Champagne

The atmosphere at Pops was excellent. Like the name, the menu focuses mostly on champagne. The cocktail menu was okay. The drinks were pricey but not out of line for the area. Very limited snack options. Service was excellent. There are a lot of other options in the area if you want more variety. If you are looking for only champagne, this would be an excellent option.

This bar is gorgeous and a champagne lover’s dream we got ‘it takes two to mango’ and ‘champagne poetry’ pictured and they were pretty good. My favorite drink was the autumn renaissance!

Great cocktails! I wish they had more options for champagne by the glass....but a very nice place to stop in for a few drinks.

Cute chill spot! A nice variety of bubbly and non-bubbly drinks to choose from, along with some bites - all price points. Sit by the window for some prime people watching. I had the rosé which was tasty and their olives to snack on... nice touch with the shaved orange peel. At first glance, it looks like cheese.

Love this place. Love the “La Vie En Rose” champagne cocktail! We’ve been here twice and drinks did not disappoint! Also the half calf espresso martini is amazing! Reason for 4 stars: hostess could be more welcoming!

While pretty spendy, the wait staff sure does know what they are talking about. I am not a huge fan of Champaign and the even found me something I enjoyed!

Excellent champagne bar and they also offer a full regular bar/drinks. Terrific service and nice location. Great way to spend an afternoon with bubbly or cocktails watching the world go by.

Felt very underdressed coming here just wanted a quick snack and drink. Cheapest glass of wine $14 and found a bottle of champagne for $1,400. We are not from the area so wanted to try something different.

Absolutely a must stop every trip I make back to Chicago!! Perfect for a single person, and good for a group, couple, or girls night out. Happy Hour alone is worth the visit. Planning to do the New Years Eve party in 2020!
