Proof Cocktail Bar

Went for 1 cocktail and ended trying 3 each... simply because they were so different and fun and of course - crazy delicious! Loved dark atmosphere and overall mood there too... Pricey but so worth it!

Proof has such an intriguing cocktail menu - so much fun to explore. Drinks tasted amazing. Jamu and Kira were our favorites. Was delighted to find Hwayo soju on their menu - a rare treat in Canada!

Reece put on a mixology event for our company. He was sharp, funny, energetic, and so knowledgeable about the cocktail art / science. Will definitely be in-person when possible to try in-person. Highly recommend!

Amazingly creative cocktails that never disappoint. This is such a fun place to go, the only sin it's it's not larger so it's hard to get into...but it's quaint size is part of what makes it great! Their cocktail boxes are my go to for all gift giving.

I feel at home here in a strange way, friendly staff, good food, great drinks.

We really loved this place. The drinks were all interesting, and strangely unique. I will say that one with Vegemite was a bit much, but I absolutely loved the service. This is a great place for a second date.
