Good bubble tea shop, I can't really say anything much about it because it similar to other bubble tea shops out there. The only exceptional and distinctive thing about this place is the customer service. They do different teas, tapioca bubble tea, warm tea and cold tea. So many options to choose from their menu. I was happy because the lady who worked there gave a considerable good customer service and was very patience. The bubble tea I had was the white peach, and I had it warm made with tapioca of black pearls. The lady was very kind enough to let me have a taster of one of the pearls. There is a percentage of sweetness you. An add, 15%, 50% or 100%. I had the 50% and it didn't taste sweet to my liking but the lady was kind enough to add more. next time I will add 100% The plastic cup they use for the bubble tea are nice, it contain one hole for your plastic straw, a plug for drinking it as a tea, and one hole I don't know what it is for. You get a stamp coupon card to use, which means eahc time you buy you get stamps, 10 stamps and you get free drinks. One thing I do like about this store that does makes it unique is: 1 they have a display of their teas you can see and smell 2 you can see all the topping extras they have 3 they have different promotions at certain days which makes you curious to go back and take advantage of their promotions. I came on a day their promotion was liking their Instagram to get 1 free drink. The price for 1 bubble tea we paid for was around £6 including toppings. This shop might be expensive, might be like other bubble tea shops popping up everywhere. However they have great customer service, they allowed us to try a sample of their tapiocas to judge if we should include it or not. I would say, if this shop really want to maintain their sales in the heat competition of other bubble tea shops, I would suggest they promote customers to try a taster of their tapiocas or toppings. Also have a cup for tasting their teas. Because it would really be a waste if someone tries out a tea and they hate, whilst they paid £5+ for it. I would recommend this place
Perfect drink for a hot summers day! My go to is the Thai milk tea, first place in the UK I've tried that has the taste down to a "tea" ! ; Tastes just like the authentic Thai milk tea they have in Thailand !! Tastes fresh every time, might be down to the teabags they use, whatever it is, Presotea has my heart!!! The Genmachia and summer berry are also great! Can't wait to try all the other flavours !
You choose the tea and they brew it on the spot! - That's an instant bonus point for me and probably anyone who prefers strong tea flavour in their milk tea : I ordered a Ceylon with 50% sugar which was nice and refreshing. Super friendly staffs.Food: 5/5
First time trying Presotea and have to say I'm pleasantly surprised! I ordered the "Summer Berry Fruit Tea" it was nice and refreshing, perfect for a sunny day. Best bubble tea I've had - especially locally! Its so nice to finally have a decent bubble tea option without having to go all the way up town. Not only that but they have such a wide variety of options and they're all really authentic. Given the quality of the teas/toppings/flavors, the pricing is very reasonable too. 10/10 Will be buying again. Can't wait to try the other flavours!
Inside the new indoor market in Woolwich. Really delicious Boba. I got the summer berry boba with tapioca and strawberry popping boba. The tapioca balls has a nice sweetness to it. Customer service was also amazing, they gave us a sample of lychee milk tea which was also tasty. Definitely would recommend.
This is where to get the freshest tea fix in the area! One of my all time favourite bubble tea shops now in Woolwich inside the indoor market next to creams! Love asking for my teas especially milk ones to be brewed stronger because every tea is brewed fresh per drink. Buy one get one free 2-6pm, Monday-friday!! The hot milk teas are perfect for this weather! Highly recommend trying toffee or hojicha milk tea hot, stronger brew, 30% sweet when it's cold out. It keeps you warm and toasty inside‍ All fruit teas use real fruit so it's a mega plus- QQ passionfruit black tea is the best and comes with 3 toppings! The tapioca is the perfect supple but chewy texture. The summer berry tea had a nice strong blueberry flavour and comes with satisfying aloe chunks and Taiwanese mango pulp. The quality of the drinks are just as good as the Soho branch! The lychee and white peach milk tea are good but are even better when asked to be stronger brewed for more distinct flavour! The pineapple tea is lovely and has Taiwanese pineapple chunks, for someone who doesn't like bubble tea too sweet I'd recommend 30% or 50% sugar as the pineapple chunks make it very sweet- lower sweetness levels don't lessen fruit flavour in their fruit teas which is a nice change compared to other boba shops. The wintermelon is a fixed sweetness level and quite sweet but very tasty, especially the latte version with fresh milk- it also comes with wintermelon chunks in it which add a nice texture which is different to tapioca. The earl grey milk tea has the perfect bergamot fragrance and is tasty! I would love the option for a stronger brew to be added on delivery platforms too :
I recommend this bubble tea spot. The staff are helpful and friendly. I love milk tea - their Thai milk tea and brown sugar family combo is my go-to! The tapioca balls are sweet and easy to chew. Teas are brewed nicely, no extra bits or powdery. Love their new reward system too!
A hidden solid boba stand, drink was very nice got a strawberry milk drink and was very much a like a milkshake. Good choice of drinks but a bit confusing at first . Best part was the amazing, friendly and helpful staff . Do recommend! Price alright too
Ordered the Thai Milk tea double combo. It was quite strong, much stronger then I’m used to. Might have tasted nicer with 100% sweetness. The tapioca was fine but the popping didn’t really pop, more like crumbled in the drink itself. They might have been old/stale. A bit disappointed with the price, it was a £1 more then other bubble tea places in the area which are just as good if not better. Service was friendly and pleasant hence the 2 stars
this was my first time trying bubble tea and the girl serving was so patient and helpful with suggestions. Will definitely be back to try other flavours
