as a regular I do not recommend the milk teas, fruit tea is what they are best at. also they have amazing tapiocas, like THE best in Waterloo. quick services and great prices, but they don’t have ac in the summer? it’s hotter inside than outside
Flacoura were good, moderate wait time and while the server helped me she didn't particularly seemed happy to. It was my first time there and they had tapioca flavors I had not heard of, like cactus. I'd go back but I'm hard pressed not to fall back to my default Coco across the street.
Haven’t tried The Alley’s BBT yet. But as of now, this place got one of the best tapioca in KW right now. Their original flavored tapioca is what every other BBT place should have. But do note that it’s pricy... ~$6/drink I’d probably go on special occasion. But won’t go regularly, mostly due to price.
Very cute bubble tea place. Not too much people and drinks come fast. The matcha one is good but the taro one tastes powdery. But the tapioca are good cause I heard Onezo’s tapioca are really special. They are chewy and there’s taro fillings for the taro milk tea.
Best milk tea and tapioca I've had in a while! Nice light flavour. Definitely glad I went with 25% sugar though as full would've been way too sweet. Line up was almost to the door and it took longer than I expected, but once we had ordered it was quick.
Very first onezo bubble tea shop in ontario. You can experience real “brown sugar” bubble tea! I highly recommend brown sugar bubble tea in OneZo. Their Tapioca is freshly made everyday, amazing texture!
I went a couple months ago and forgot to review. I got a regular milk tea with the onezo tapioca, regular ice and sugar and in my opinion it just tasted like dirt. The tapioca was flavourless but the tea was drinkable I guess. The staff was nice. I went twice and I had the same experience, however I went with two different friend groups each time. The first friend group loved it and said it was the best boba they ever had. The second group however agreed with me. I recommend NowTea better which is close by and it legit has the best pearls I ever had.

I got their signature with no sugar and it was good, their tapioca is all different colours so it looks pretty. The service is awfully slow though
