Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I am so pleased with the service at Enterprise 17th ave se. Not only did they give me a new rental when i had a flat but they also came and picked me up in there shuttle after my car locked the keys in it. Drove me to pick my kids up from school dropped them off at my house then drove me back to where AMA came and unlocked my car. After returning the rental the Manager offered to pay half the AMA fee and reinbursed me what was owed after return of my vehicle. Keep in mind I live only 4 -8 blocks in which the shuttle drove me. Im so thankful! I will definatly use them in the future!

Yes this place is in a sketchier part of Calgary but their service is absolutely top notch. The staff there are reliable, fast, and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. They made my rental process a breeze while my vehicle was in the collision shop. Thanks guys!

Not helpful at all!!! The manager sat on the phone and ignored us the whole time. The guy at the front desk was not accommodating at all, he told us that the whole city was booked. So we called Budget Rentals and they said sure no problem we can get you in a car right away. Budget rentals was very accommodating and happy to do business with us!

What a surprise, the best Enterprise branch i have ever dealt with is located in this somewhat difficult neighborhood. Extremely friendly and supportive service, Ryan and staff are simply awesome!

I would recommend these guys anytime to anyone looking for a stress-free experience. The service is just awesome! I was picked up from home, shown my options of vehicles, provided with an alternate choice as soon as I took interest in other vehicles available, was told of mandatory collision clause and two days later, able to apply my insurance policy clause to my rental contract....all this with a smile and prompt response.
