We just ordered lunch from here and I don’t know if it’s changed management or what but it was absolutely disgusting. The order was incorrect, we were missing the cookies we ordered and had an extra Mac n cheese. The cookies for the kids were rock hard and old. The sandwiches were cold, slimy, covered in pepper, and inedible. So disappointed, won’t be back.
My grandson had a BLTA for the 1st time today and said AMAZING! My granddaughter said her mac n cheese was delicious! Thank you so much for always providing fresh food that tastes delicious. Staff are very friendly and food made perfectly! Keep up the good work. We will be back again soon!
I love potbelly sandwiches. They are toasty. I always get at least one cookie as well. My husband loves Their zapps chips. Their staff is polite, even when I'm slightly changing one of their sandwiches... I remove the mushrooms from the pizza sandwich. I rarely get the milkshake, but they're amazing too. I really wish they were open later, as I would prefer to grab a quick sandwich for dinner some time. I'm often not leaving the house for lunch which seems to be their prime open time these days.
I ordered takeout from here through ActiveMenus. My order was perfect and ready for pickup right on time. I got an Italian sub sandwich and it was delicious!

For some reason I have issues getting any kind of toppings when ordering from Potbelly. For example, I just ordered four sandwiches and two came with only meat on them. No vegetables, not even lettuce. This was right before they closed so we were left with some extremely dry inedible ... sandwiches... for dinner. In the end, I've just now ordered subway. Thanks for time wasted.
The cashier is very friendly and has a great positive personality. Whenever I go and he is there I know I'll get great customer service. Food is good too so far no bad experience the only thing is the music is a bit loud and hard to hear, especially now with wearing a mask.
If I could I would leave 0 star review. There are rude workers and they treated us terrible because they were closing. 2 workers were talking about how Taco Bell is so much better and that the prices here are to high. They got my sandwich order all wrong and the rest of my family’s to.
Eh, the last few times I've gone the food has been just okay. Each time with carryout I arrive before the time I've set and the food tastes like it's been sitting there and for some reason the toast isn't actually toasty, again I think it's because it's been wrapped for to long before I arrive. There are other options in the area go to those unless you plan on dinning in or ordering on the spot.
A second poor experience. I received text at 12:38 if someone wants to verify, I am keeping the text saying my order was done and ready for pickup. Dropped what I was doing. When I arrived, it wasn't done. The front person didn't apologize, and frankly was rude. The sandwiches were not completed until 12:49. The food was good or I would have given fewer stars. I encourage you to be wary.
