Awesome deli! So glad we stopped in. Most orders seemed to be to go and picked up inside. Not many inside diners on this Thursday afternoon. Too bad as it's a nice, updated atmosphere. The girl that helped us order was super sweet and very attentive. Our food was outstanding! Very beefy sandwiches and tasty salads for sides.
Been a few times, and always been very happy. As a vegetarian, I appreciate a good veggie sandwich. The baked potato options work well too. If you have wheels, this looks like access would be good.
The food was great!! That's why I will return when I'm back in Illinois. However, the service could be better.You are not greeted when you enter & while they are so busy at the kitchen window they ignore you. When people are in the restaurant someone should always be at the counter taking orders.
We ordered from the Wheaton location for our family, which included three young children. They evidently use Door Dash to deliver, which we were unaware of and they do not tell customers. They gave Door Dash the wrong address. Our food was never delivered, despite messages saying it was. I called the Door Dash driver. He refused to answer my calls. Finally responded by text by stating that he would not correct the mistake. I called the store, but was told it was not McCalisters problem. We called Door Dash, which confirmed that the store provided the wrong address, despite the store’s email confirmation to me having the correct address listed. Now, we have to wait several days for the refund to process. In short, we will not be using this store again.

You guys always do a great job. The soups and sandwiches here are very good, and we get our orders fast and neatly put together. Thank you!
I went with my boyfriend and we ordered 2 four cheese melt, a chicken cesar wrap ADDING bacon and 2 large drinks. We sit down with our drinks a lemonade and their special blackberry lemonade and get our food. This is what we get ONE four cheese melt with NO tomato which COMES ON THE SANDWICH and the chicken wrap comes completely 100% out of the fridge cold cold and with NO bacon which I paid extra for! I did not like the blackberry lemonade so I went back to the counter and asked a middle age african american man for a different drink and that was THE only good experience I had in this place. My boyfriend realizing we are missing a sandwich goes back up to the counter and asks the women short quiet indian woman who was VERY rude who took our order, claims she has no recollection and he PAYS FOR ANOTHER ONE!! This one thankfully had tomato on it and looked nothing like the first one. Inconsistent, rude, and horrible at fulfilling orders.
Asked for no mayo and it's there any way. Mayo makes me vomit and I was at home when it was discovered. If there is a next time, I will check before leaving. Should be able to trust the order though.
I didn't have a large to go order, but yet things were missing. This location doesn't double-check, like other locations do.Food: 2/5
So my fiancé and I stopped in for dinner tonight. We got food to go. French dip and soup and roast beef sandwich w fresh fruit . When we got home we realized we had someone else's order completely. So immediately we drove back to get the correct order. The manager greeted us and apologized for the mix up. We gave our receipt to show what we had got and not only did they give us the order we left behind,they made us brand new food w drinks to have it fresh plus 2 free meal cards to come back again plus a slice of their amazing chocolate cheesecake all as a thank you for coming back and to make it right for the customer! This is why we Keep coming back again and again! Thank you for going above and beyond for us! 5 stars all the way!!
