Went to ChickFilA this evening and got home yo enjoy my nugget meal and they tasted like nothing but old burnt grease! It was absolutely disgusting and honestly shouldn’t be happening because you immediately smell when the oil gets to this point. This was so disappointing as the last few times I’ve been here all have been bad experiences and we come often but that clearly will have to change now. Never had bad ChickFilA until moving here
What could anyone say that would be bad about Chick-fil-A other than they are closed on Sundays? Their food is always awesome. I'm most recently surprised by the delicious mac and cheese! They did an excellent job on their dry rub spicy chicken sandwich as well! Keep up the great work!Food: 5/5
After multiple issues at this location, I had to finally write a review. Management feels like issuing a refund solves the problem. The one thing they should ve good at is making chicken. After driving 20 minutes round trip, I should not come home with 3 orders of undercooked chicken. Management does not care about the inconvenience of time wasting and spending money on gas. They think a refund of the bad orders somehow solves the issue of all the other inconveniences. Never again!
I went to the Wheaton location for breakfast and my salad for lunch, I was greeted by an employee R.C who was extremely rude, he did not have the values of a chick-fil-a. he did not even know the menu. once I approached the window I asked for a manager, he took off his headset and said I want to hear this, then proceed to tell me I was entitled and that's what's wrong with the 3rd world countries now, which is racist, I asked for the owner to call me back but was given push back, the @NAACP needs to hear about this.
Very few menu options for vegetarians. I'm not a fan of the bland-tasting mac and cheese, and the odd shovel-shaped waffle french fries that barely fit into the tiny condiments containers they give you. Pretty good salads and shakes though. Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options. Not the place to come to if you don't eat meat.
I frequent this location. The employees here always skimp on the chick-fil-a sauces as if it’s coming directly out of their paycheck. Don’t have this issue at other chick-fil-a locations. I always ask for 3-4 sauces and this location always gives me one MAYBE two sauces if I’m lucky. Today, however, I asked for 3-4 sauces and got none at all. Not going to drive all the way back to get the sauce I ordered, so one star review for you.
This was my first time trying Chick Fil A and it was really good! Michelle and everyone else there was so sweet and nice! Will definitely be trying again soon!
EDIT—they’re back!!! My husband took my daughter and the play place is back in business! Hooray! Thank God! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I think I can speak on behalf on all Special Needs Mothers when I say that taking away the one safe place we had to dine in cheaply and quickly while being able to see our children playing through glass was a loss incompressible to others. Now your drive through is open, but it’s become a Portillo’s-wannabe Thunderdome of throwing new staff in the deep end and hoping they swim. I will not be back until the store is open. Please. Please for the love of God give us our one safe thing back. We love you. We will wait for you. Because we have no choice. But I’ll wait. Edit: I ended up driving to the Lombard location a few times with one of my special needs kiddos, and it was totally blown out. However, the food was consistent, and waiting in line is an important skill to master. It went well, despite his busy they were that day. So, credit where credit is due. Shout out to Lombard staff for being accommodating.
I never take for granted how Chick Fil A continues to set the standard in clean, friendly and accommodating service. All while it is not afraid to being standing for good solid Christian values. They care enough to not be open on Sundays and send people home to have ti me for faith and families. Their values are what the rest are .missing amd makes me so loyal to their brand. Keep being a role model.
we had a cashier, mickayla, who was super rude to us. we had someone in our party who speaks only polish and when we needed to take a second to translate the menu, mickayla rolled ur eyes at us very blatantly. her name tag said “in training” and i believe she needs a lot more training because clearly she does not know how to work in customer service.
