This location is great! The staff are always very welcoming and helpful, even when it’s very busy. They are pretty consistent in terms of order quality too! Fair prices for the quality of the products!
I had great customer service with the nice lady manager and one of her employees. Made me the ole' la vida mocha smoothie! Can't believe Jamba took that off the menu. Very happy they made it for me ! Staff goes above and beyond!
This place is really great! Jamba has an amazing selection of drinks and desserts. They also have sandwiches on the menu. The whole place is very cozy, clean, organized, and bright. From the exterior to the interior, everything is great and well-maintained. The atmosphere of the place is relaxing and enjoyable. You can really smell the scent spreading all over the place coming from their amazing kitchen. All of their food really looks good, all of it smells great, and what more to the taste. All ages can really enjoy this place and order, their menu is huge, and they have plenty of selection. I strongly recommend trying their Strawberry Smoothie, Almond Matcha, and some of their Oatmeal Bowls. Jamba really makes the best smoothies in the whole town! Their staff here is really nice, kind, and professional. They are always smiling. Very pleasant. All of the customers say they are fun to be with. All of them work so fast. Sometimes they have long lines at the counter, but after a few minutes, the lines will move quickly. Great customer service! Jamba’s location is also easy to locate. They are close to other popular spots and places around Wheaton. If you want some delicious and healthy drinks and desserts, you must try and visit this Jamba! This place never disappoints! Will be back again soon! Kudos!

Every time I visit my friend living in Lisle I always swing by this Jamba for a White Gummi. The best most delicious smoothie to ever exist. Have no complaints about this location. Great service every time. Please open one closer to Joliet/Shorewood!
Every place is about the same but every time I come here I always get the strawberry whirl.
I use to really love this place and I came here all the time. But this visit was different. The Manager was blowing her nose at the register then made my drink WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS! Sooooo gross!!!! I asked for a new drink and she acted like I insulted her. Not coming back.
Worse customer service ever. I called this place 3 times on 3 different days at 7.20PM. I put an order for Veggie Vitality juice. Every time they said their juice machines are down and they are taking only smoothies orders. They should change their timing to 7PM because they don't serve any juices after 7PM.
Love the different options on their menu. Sure wish the location closest to me hadn't closed up. Instead we now have Smoothie King which I don't like as much.
