Potawatomi Hotel & Casino

I did not use the casino as I was there for work. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The room was quiet, which was great for my infant who travelled with me. We had a lovely view, and were thrilled with the amenities. We had dinner as part of the convention, and the wait staff were very helpful. Breakfast in the lobby was delicious, and again, the staff was great. Looking forward to next year.

We stayed at the hotel for a romantic weekend getaway. It was nice and clean. Relatively quiet. The staff was friendly, but the lobby was high traffic with some shady-looking casino patrons milling about. We never saw the lobby bar open. It made for a nice place to people watch while we waited for GrubHub deliveries. There are plenty of slot machines --- except on Friday night, when it's absolutely packed. Free bottle water in the room was a nice touch. Although we had a coffee maker (with coffee and tea options), we did not use it. Hair dryer in the bathroom. Mini fridge and no mini bar: great for our drinks and leftovers! There is a small shop on the third floor for sundries and souvenirs. A little expensive, but that's to be expected.

Love the $5 min blackjack tables here. I tried food from the Chinese restaurant they have here and it was really good. Only thing I don't like is the smoke. They do have a small non smoking section though which is very convenient

Like all casino's, there are beautiful, shiny, slot machines begging for your money with all kinds of bells and whistles. Black Jack, Bingo and Roulette are busy areas. There is a non-smoking area, as well as higher stake area. When I first started coming to this casino, I was able to play for a couple of hours on a hundred bucks. It appears that the odds have definitely changed as my time there is significantly less. Of course, the goal is to win the jackpot, not how long you're able to play on the machine. There are multiple restaurants and a newly built hotel. The hotel has had bed bugs once, but that appears to be resolved. Wednesdays and Fridays the buffet has king crab legs and prime rib for a cost of $35 per person. With a rewards card, my husband and I ate there on Wednesday for a total of $33 including tip. The rewards card makes a huge difference. In addition when you have the rewards card you get free play money twice a month. Parking is never an issue as there is a huge parking garage. They have live bands and bars. Always clean.

Bingo was packed tonight.... callers go way to fast, could slow down a bit. Especially for those that are first timers and/or don't play often. It would be more enjoyable if could keep up.... Didn't win but had fun playing Bingo and played a little bit on the slot machines.
