If I could give it zero starts, I absolutely would. First, I booked my room for 2 nights online, in advance. I show up to check in and “their systems are down”. My reservations aren’t showing up in the system at all, had to wait 20 minutes, and when it did show up, the booking was wrong. Instead of changing it to suit the 2 nights I needed, they suggested I just add another night. Stating they’re unable to change an already booked room. So I was like whatever, I’ll book the room an extra night. So I had a room booked for a total of THREE nights. The first night was fine, and I called the following morning to make sure the online booking was still in place, and I still had the room for the following three nights. I was told everything was fine, and I was able to stay. Fast forward 6 hours, they call me and tell me I need to check out, stating, “you were supposed to checkout at noon and that room is no longer available. The hotel is fully booked and we cannot extend your stay. We need you to checkout.” After one night, they forced me to checkout. ONE NIGHT. It’s a god awful establishment and I would not ever recommend staying there. Plenty of other hotels that are MUCH nicer.

Great location from the BMO center, reasonably priced, and very accommodating staff. The lobby bar is affordable and has daily drink specials that are very good. It is also dog friendly so that is a huge plus. My only complaint is in relation to their mandatory valet parking. There are cheaper options in the surrounding area but they pretty much require you to use their services. However, the in and out service was a plus. Just be expected to wait 10-15 minutes to get your car.

Overall not a bad hotel, the rooms are a bit small for the average Midwestern hotel. It has a trendy look and is by most things in downtown. It is within walking distance of bars and restaurants. Also the rates are reasonable for downtown.

Stayed here one night. Pretty impressive. Very clean,and modern amenities. The room was amazing.I've stayed in quite a few hotels over the years. This one is pretty high on my list of favorites. Great location. I have raved about our stay to everyone I know and showed them the pictures and they all couldn't believe it. If you are debating on staying here,do it. And get the valet,it's worth it as parking is across the river. And Old World 3rd St. Is awesome. Lots of great places close by.

Great location. Front desk folks were efficient and helpful. Room clean and well appointed. Valets were very helpful and pleasant. Second time here, will definitely come back.
