Stayed here because we were in town for the sportsman show the second weekend in March. The place is clean, room was clean, very easy 5-10 minute drive to fair grounds. The beds are comfortable. The wifi worked great (though we were close to the office so not really sure about everywhere else in the building). The ice maker on the first floor worked. All the staff we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great. The restaurant and bar were great in the evenings. The bartenders were fun and friendly. We did not use the pool or hot tub, so no comment about those. The only concern one might have, would be about parking, though we never had any issue there doesn't seem to be a lot of spots; we always got in late (after 9 pm) and never had a problem getting a spot and we were in a long bed truck. We are actually looking forward to staying here again next year for the show.... And honestly, who says that about a Best Western.

Best Hotel we've have stayed. Quiet, clean, bed was so comfy. Pool clean and breakfast buffet really good with various food items. Staff was courteous and friendly. We can't wait to stay again. Thank you.

We stayed over the holiday, and sprung for one of the jacuzzi tub rooms. Reasonable price and amazing room with a full kitchenette and the tub was amazing! The free breakfast was decent, had eggs, hash browns and meat each morning, a pancake machine, juice, pastries, and also had non dairy milk available (soy and vanilla almond) in addition to normal and chocolate milk which was a great touch. Lots of condiment choices and fresh fruit and whipped cream for the pancakes was a wonderful treat. The hotel was really clean despite being short staffed and although the parking lot was small we never had issue finding parking despite coming in quite late some nights. Definitely my go-to hotel from now on!

Although the neighborhood seemed a bit questionable, the hotel is really a diamond in the rough. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was within a 3-5 mile radius of many events I attended even shopping downtown. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also stay here again when I revisit Milwaukee.

Delicious food. Nice service. Rooms look clean, but I notice they charge different prices each visit. The Pub is a must see. Highly recommend!
