A historic and prestigious building that has an atmosphere to boot. Located along the Credit River in Port Credit, this rather old but durable building has stood the test of time. It's awards, plaques and artifacts are in full display in the lobby and all around. You can feel the history of the legion in every corner. We went here for a local culture food festival on the second floor. The food was great! Coming here is like stepping through time. Take care everyone!
Went for Valentine's dance on Saturday, February 11th. Music was great! Had to order drinks at the bar & return empty glass or beer bottle yourself to the bar. So, there is no table service. Bar tender on duty was not very friendly and slow to prepare drink order. Overall atmosphere was nice and relaxing.
Great prices &good selection. Pool and snooker tables. Dart league on Friday 7 pm. Blind darts Wed 7 pm.
Nice bands! Dance and Karaoke!
I wish more people would patronized this Legion on the Credit River with patio and live music on weekends great for dancing and Karaoke every Sunday the Legions in Ontario are not only catering to old war veterans as most are passed we need next generation to patronized and keep the memory of our war vets always in our thoughts.
They have friendly people go there and great entertainment. The staff are very good too.
As most legions booze is reasonable drawback can be if terrible free live band is loudly playing
Visited as guest in one d event, & at the entrance was amazed to see interesting museum full of great memories about Canadian veterans, salute to all.
Little Peter and the Elegants and the Geoge Lake Big Band were playing and they are both amazing.
