Erin Mills Pump & Patio

This is a great spot to host a small party with a separate area upstairs. The food was good and arrived pretty promptly even with a large party. The service was friendly and pretty fast as well. I would recommend it for hosting gatherings though the noise travels from either floors and the music is horribly loud.

Just stopped by recently for Trivia Night. Lots of fun for a group of friends. Food tasted great & presentation was nice. Did find a piece of plastic in our salad took away a star for this. The pub has nightly specials $5 off etc. The pub has many stairs. Not wheelchair accessible. Bathroom is in the basement down steep stairs. Parking: Plenty of parking.

On September 11th, 2022 we rented the upstairs private room for a Celebration of Life for my stepfather, Paul. We were allowed to use the TV to showcase a video, the setup was easy. The manager Kevin was extremely organized and accommodating. Amelia and Sarah were very hospitable, anticipated our needs and even reminded my mom and I to eat! I would recommend to anyone looking to host an event to go to the Erin Mills Pump. The food was excellent, all of the guests raved about the burger sliders, wings, chicken, shrimp and spring rolls

Drinks were nice , staff was nice but food quality and price was a little overrated. You would be better off at a chucks road house bar and grill for better food at a better price , inside faculties could be updated too. Kinda dark and gloomy .

Not a bad place but felt like prices were way inflated. Understand it is a nice pub/eatery but still... Did not think CAD 16.99 for 9oz of red wine was reasonable and CAD 35.98 for 2 glasses of white wine. Meals were CAD 23.99 each, which is also way to high, on top of which an extra charge of CAD 4.00 for Caesar Salad when meal is already CAD 23.99 and comes with a side.... Don't have problem paying for a nice night out but not sure the prices are fair.

Wonderful meal and service. We finally can eat indoors! I had the Lobster Ravioli with glass of water and it was incredibly delicious. The toffee with ice cream dessert was a bit sweet. The overall experience was fantastic. It’s nice to eat dinner with good food for a change as opposed to ordering fast food for past year covid.

I came here with my boyfriend at the end of June when patio seatings were opening again. We were told to at least wait 20-30 minutes since it is kinda busy which was fine! We sat outside anyways. I got the fish & chips that comes along with coleslaw. My boyfriend got a burger meal with sweet potato fries. We also picked a sangria drink. The food was good but it didn't exceed our expectation that it's worth the hype especially their price is a little expensive personally. Our meal altogether was around $70. We are glad we came in and tried it though! It was a nice experience overall.

Booked a party of 18 this past Friday and couldn't have chosen a better venue to host it. Kevin the manager who I spoke to over e-mail to make the reservation was VERY accommodating and gave me the best option possible for my group which was very much appreciated. On the night of, Zoe was our server and is an absolute GEM! Couldn't have asked for a better person to handle or group and the potential complications with the separate bills and what not. But she was on top of everything and we were never left wanting at any point. All the support staff were super helpful as well and everyone in my group raved about the venue. The food and drink were great, we had a variety of apps, the nachos were great for sharing and were very tasty. The garlic bread was JUST cheesy enough to not be too rich which was greatly appreciated. The wings....OH MY..the wings! SO. DAMN. GOOD! Definitely recommend getting the grilled it just adds that extra dimension of flavour that frying on its own just can't replicate. Flavour-wise, I recommend Tequila-Lime & Suicide mixed if you like spice. VERY TASTY. Overall, we will DEFINITELY be back over the holidays and will recommend the venue to others as well! 5 STARS for Zoe, 5 STARS FOR the Food. 4.99 STARS only because they close at midnight :D

Dined at this establishment last night with a good friend and her son. Food was amazingly delicious and service was just as impressive! We were fortunate to have Alexandra serve us. She was friendly, attentive and professional. She even brought a little dessert for my friend whose birthday was the day before. Check this restaurant out for their extensive menu of yummy dishes that's not your typical bar/pub food.

I had picked up food here on a Sunday evening, I do not usually experience any issues with the food quality here. Unfortunately this is the second time in a row the food has not been as exceptional as it once was. I ordered the following items pictures attached: 1. Lobster Ravioli The lobster ravioli had no sauce at all, and did not look like previously ordered or the photos of others patrons of the restaurant. 2. Wings with Drunken Chipotle bbq sauce The wings were stale & small, maybe fried earlier in the day with minimal sauce. 3. Fish & Chips The oil this was fried in was rancid and made me feel ill for a few days forgot a picture, realized it was bad after consumption. Recommendations: Retrain your Sunday staff. Do not skimp out on ingredients, I had always appreciated the food quality here. Will return again, just not on a Sunday.
