I started attending in July 2021, with zero training and I love going. Every single person here is nice, friendly and supportive of each other. You will feel a sense of belonging here—no matter your training level. The gym is clean and organized. More importantly, you will get a superb treatment, help and motivation from the coaches. David B: I truly appreciate your passion, energy and commitment in teaching me us the proper techniques to do all those technical workouts such as power clean right.
I love this gym! After having each of my kids I went to the gym and they really know how to adjust the programming to my fitness level at the time. It’s not just a gym but a community. I’ve made some of my new best friends there. The coaches are great and make the classes fun so you are in it and don’t focus on how hard you are working. I would recommend this gym to anyone!!!
A very welcoming gym, from both coaches and members. Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and are able assist in providing modifications if some movements are too difficult/not able to do due to injuries. The gym organizes fun member meet&greets outside of scheduled gym times so members can look forward to getting to know one another. Its a gym you look forward to go to get a great workout and have fun while doing it! Added bonus, the gym is in a great location, minutes walking distance from Go-Train so awesome to get in a workout before/after commuting!
Having been a member of the M3 community for three years now I have to say that this gym and the people in it have become like family to me. Matt, Marg and Herman are such kind and wonderful people I have never felt like I wasn't welcome or that I couldn't talk to them about any issues I may have had. The coaching staff are absolutely top notch both in terms of their knowledge and their concern for the well-being of members. Not only that, but they will always answer questions and provide help or advice even during open gym hours when they are trying to workout themselves. M3 is very family oriented and family friendly. As a single parent I often have to bring my kids to the gym with me and this has never been a problem. There are a lot of parents with kids at this gym so It is a great fit for families. My confidence and fitness has improved so much over the past three years and it is all thanks to M3!
Great gym, great people, great coaches. Been here two years and have been to other good box's in the community. If you're looking to get fit and actually be included in the community go try it out.
Crossfit M3 is by far one of the best Crossfit gyms I've ever been to and I don't just throw those kinds of words around carelessly. The facility is spectacular; a spacious and eye-pleasing space, decked out with brand new Rogue equipment, washroom facilities that will make you feel like you're in your own home and a large garage door to bring in some sunlight, fresh air and a look out of luscious greenery. We also enjoy taking our workouts outside from time to time. The programming and coaches – just fantastic. Each coach brings a special unique touch and dedication that you get to experience throughout the week due to their alternating schedules. We always complete the work that is set out for the day and always manage to finish on time, thanks to the coaches' avid time management. Overall, a super positive, inspiring and uplifting community to be a part of. I'm so happy to be a member here!
Best crossfit gym you will find, period. Great coaches with lots of experience who will help you to be at your best. Welcoming community and cool atmosphere. Joining M3 was one of the best decisions I made.
If you have been on the fence to try CrossFit, this is the place for you. M3 is a gym for all levels of athletic ability, and has a great community of people.
Amazing gym to be apart of.. the coaches and people are motivating, inspirational and always very very encouraging. Best place ever! Definitely recommend even if your just thinking about getting into fitness !
