I recently purchased a used, Porsche Certified, Panamera Sport Turismo e-Hybrid at Porsche Prestige. I am a first time Porsche owner and this was an exciting step for me. I had a great experience with Vanessa, on the sale end.nWhen I got the car home I noticed a small amount of water in the back of the car under the trunk platform, in the plastic component tray on top of the hybrid battery. I didn't think too much of it, and set off to enjoy my new car. After the first big storm, I opened the hatch of the car to find that the carpet in the trunk was soaked and there was over an inch of water sitting in the component tray over the hybrid battery. Yikes!nI brought the car down to the dealership after a conversation with Vanessa. This is when I got introduced to the Porsche service experience. My service advisor was Darcy, he was incredibly sympathetic to what was happening with my 'new' car and assured me that they would get it sorted out. It took longer to diagnose and solve than either of us had anticipated but the Porsche Prestige team went out of their way to make it right. Darcy stayed in touch and gave me daily updates on the progress. They provided a beautiful Cayenne loaner while my car was in for service and went the extra mile and delivered my car to me when it was ready.nA big thank you to the team at Porsche Prestige for this positive customer experience. I've owned many other luxury brands in the past and I have never had a dealer stand behind their product like this. I'm thrilled with the car and I would not hesitate to recommend this team to any potential Porsche buyer.nSincerely,nSean Miller

I was visiting Montreal on vacation with my family this past week and we had some issues with our Macan. I quickly searched for the nearest dealership and had the Macan towed to Prestige and thankfully Darcy was my service advisor. What a great individual who went above and beyond to get the repairs completed so that we could make it home back to the U.S. on time. Darcy provided a couple of options to get us back on the road and safely given our 300+ mile drive home. Absolutely terrific dealership with great customer service.
I own a 2013 Porsche Cayenne. I got 2 completely different diagnosis from Porsche Prestige.nThey first informed me in writing that the steering column was finished and that it needed to be changed immediately.nI was later informed in writing that the steering column only needed to be oiled.nWho am I to believe now? It’s the same dealership, same Porsche experts. Given the 2 different diagnosis on the same part, I asked Porsche Prestige to confirm in writing that it was safe to drive my car. I wouldn’t want to put my life and the life of other people in danger if the steering column was to give away while I’m changing lane on a highway! They remained silent but sent me their $1.3K bill for the diagnosis and for oiling the part.nI made a complaint to Porsche Canada. After analyzing the file, Porsche Canada informed me that Porsche Prestige has determined that they will not be providing any further assistance for the repair and that Porsche Cars Canada would not be assisting either. Porsche Canada supporting Porsche Prestige’s decision and standing by their Porsche Centres. Someone is not hearing me herenNow I get it that my car is old, it is still a Porsche. I am still a Porsche customer in right to expect and trust the expertise from a Porsche Centre. How is it possible that I am dealing with supposedly experts in cutting-edge Porsche Centre using highly specialised technology to ensure our Porsche old or new receives the best possible care and yet receive 2 completely different diagnosis? Further to receiving their bill, Porsche Prestige never answered my question.nI received an email yesterday from Porsche Prestige informing me that my car was sent to a car pound for which I will be required to pay an additional $50 per day because I did not pick it up!nI would love to take my Cayenne back but Porsche refuses to confirm in writing that it is safe to drive it.nnAny Porsche owner who would be given 2 different diagnosis on the same part from the same Porsche Centre would question it. If I happened to be a man, Porsche would have handled it differently. I am being taken for an idiot.nnIf Porsche Prestige still doesn’t understand my question and concerns and as a matter of fact, never bothered answering me, since Porsche Canada supports its Porsche Centre without addressing my concerns, I will trust that the Vice President, Customer Experience, Porsche Cars North America will hear me loud and clear. I am talking about the reliability and accountability of the same dealership, same Porsche Centre and same expert technicians, giving me 2 different diagnosis on the steering column on my Cayenne.nnIf I happen to be on a highway at 100km/hour or anywhere else for that matter and the steering column breaks, the steering wheel jams, it could eliminate control over my car. Who from Porsche will be there to save the situation? Who will suffer the consequences if anyone is injured or killed? It can be dangerous to me, my family, other drivers and pedestrians.
We were visiting Montreal from New Jersey last week, when our Porsche signaled a light warning of low oil. I suggested to my husband that we stop at the Porsche dealership that we passed on our way earlier, and he said it's worth a try, but they probably won't do much because we are from the U.S. Well, we were so pleasantly surprised! Franco Cristiano greeted us and not only helped us with the oil problem by filling the tank, but he also checked to make sure nothing else was an issue. I always loved Canadians, and Franco sure qualified my feelings! Thank you so much! You made our trip home so much more comfortable!
