It is very dirty and unorganized. You are usually directed inside the store to sign the receipt. The store manager is never available or present. They only use uninformed salespeople and are not accountable in any way. They charge the cost of the car wash without any signs or indications that the car wash is broken. If you object, they will say that the money is not refundable and that you should come back tomorrow for the car wash.

Montreal August 15, 2025 about 9:15 to 9:30 pm I paid for gas and washing car over the gas pump after getting the gas and waiting the print out for gas receipt including the car washing code I found the machine didn’t print out the washing code and gas receipt and it states receipt inside, I went to the guy Yassine inside asking for my receipt however he told me he can’t give the machine washing code or gas receipt because I paid after 9 pm so that it’s considered a yesterday transaction and he couldn’t access it very strange and he was blaming me that I paid over the machine after 9 pm there was no any notice over the gas pump says that to pay inside and also offered to wash car option . I can’t predict or guess this strange reason . Yassine was unprofessional,unknowledgeable and absolutely not polite the way he talked. definitely doesn’t willing to help at all , he refused to refund me the car wash I have charged , give a washing code or even a gas receipt and refused to call his supervisor I left the gas station and feeling I was rubbed. He is the worst customer service I ever met. Hopefully the owner will take care of this issue ASAP.

I accidentally left the keys to the washroom IN THE WASHROOM. I told the Arab girl at the cash sorry didn’t get her name and she was sooo nice, calm and understanding about it and said jer manager would come in tomorrow to handle it. Once I got back to my car, I only then noticed I forgot my phone as well! Don’t ask how‍.nShe then called her supervisor and got It handled in less than 2m. I just really loved how she handled the situation. She had an amazing attitude and felt I should share. Her reaction made me not freak out over my phone. That’s what customer service is all about. 10/10nn*It’s my birthday so that may be the reason my minds is in the clouds

Today, I decided to use an automatic car wash. I paid for the premium service, hoping to get the best possible clean for my car. Once inside, the doors closed, and I was surrounded by moving lights and loud noises, it felt like I was in a spaceship. But when I came out and checked my car, it was still just as dirty as before.
