Today, I decided to use an automatic car wash. I paid for the premium service, hoping to get the best possible clean for my car. Once inside, the doors closed, and I was surrounded by moving lights and loud noises, it felt like I was in a spaceship. But when I came out and checked my car, it was still just as dirty as before.

Great service! Plus they offer a good automatic car wash service as well! The washing process is touch free and does not damage your car because there are none of those traditional flappy swivel brushes to wash your car. I have been here a few times and really appreciated this feature. Plus, there is a process step indicator on the left side so you know which step you are at in the washing process.

The lady at the cash was rude with a mad face from the get-go despite me being kind to her. When I asked her a simple question she answered back coldly and then neglected to inform me that I was to pay $2 more for my car wash before ringing it up because I didn't get gas today. The car wash was expensive and absolutely horrible. My driver's door was not washed at all and looked completely dirty as well as my drivers and passenger side mirrors. Waste of money Not recommended.

The car wash is not very effective. Car still had stuff all over it that I could wipe off with my hand.

Most expensive in the whole area and hire kids who don’t know how to do simple math. Go get real employees. You make promotions and can’t respect them. I asked the “kid” employee to contact his manager 6 times and he refused each time. Surely in your policy, when a customer demands to speak to a supervisor it’s allowed and even more so, it’s obligatory. This compliant has nothing to do with gas prices, it has to do with: poor management, improper employee training and lack of respect for customer service. If I could give -5 stars I would.
