They are very nice and polite. My car purchase was with Alfredo. He is very friendly and helpful. He explained all the details about the car and the process. He is the best dealer I have ever dealt with.

They scam you- do not utilize their service department! They gave me an estimate for $800 for front brakes. They didn't know that I had just had my brakes serviced 7000 km before. Stay far away, they do not help you. They installed winter tires, and 2 days later one tire was completely flat, and they took no responsibility.

Just had the worst experience in 3 yrs. Dropped the car to have the rear shockwhich has been replaced recently noise checked, tail gate shock checked, wiper noise checked, engine noise checked. Good thing is that nothing is wrong about the car but they want to charge me 1.5 hour labor just for the check. Unbelievable, I am not an mechanic but I know cars a bit that it won't take that long to check. I understand we have pay the mechanic hours but I doubt this is best practice to charge for little check. or maybe its because my warranty expires soon? By the way, for 3 yrs in a row, Every time the car is back from the maintenance, the driver side carpet is dirty with oil stains. and in 3 yrs roughly 6 times maintenance, they always return a good check report but never noticed one of fog light is not working.
