I want to thank to your service agent Sabine Jarjour. She Is well organized , find my appointment in a second and very clear to confirm all the services I requested. She reminded me to change oil professionally as I didn’t thought about that. Although the waiting a bit long 4hours but She follows up , and keeps me posted with all the steps where we are. They are very nice and polite. My car purchase was with Alfredo. He is very friendly and helpful. He explained all the details about the car and the process. He is the best dealer I have ever dealt with.
They scam you- do not utilize their service department! They gave me an estimate for $800 for front brakes. They didn't know that I had just had my brakes serviced 7000 km before. Stay far away, they do not help you. They installed winter tires, and 2 days later one tire was completely flat, and they took no responsibility.
What an awesome service, amazing friendly staff! A super HUGE THANKS to Alfredo, taking the time in reassuring my wife and i by answering all our major concerns when getting a new car etc. I will definitely go back with them and also recommend 100%. Thanks guys and Alfredo.

Great experience ordering Nissan Pathfinder. Service department has been good as needed for this. better than I am hearing many others are dealing with. Overall would recommend dealing with this dealership.

Just had the worst experience in 3 yrs. Dropped the car to have the rear shockwhich has been replaced recently noise checked, tail gate shock checked, wiper noise checked, engine noise checked. Good thing is that nothing is wrong about the car but they want to charge me 1.5 hour labor just for the check. Unbelievable, I am not an mechanic but I know cars a bit that it won't take that long to check. I understand we have pay the mechanic hours but I doubt this is best practice to charge for little check. or maybe its because my warranty expires soon? By the way, for 3 yrs in a row, Every time the car is back from the maintenance, the driver side carpet is dirty with oil stains. and in 3 yrs roughly 6 times maintenance, they always return a good check report but never noticed one of fog light is not working.
