Story

The Cavendish Mall is an indoor shopping centre in Côte Saint-Luc, Quebec, Canada. It includes a food court, multiplex movie theater and a medical clinic: the CLSC Rene Cassin. A small highrise office-building is adjoined to the mall's southern half. Redeveloped in 2011, the mall was reduced to almost half its original size.David Cronenberg's 1977 film Rabid features scenes shot in the mall.

There isn’t much to this mall which is located in the Cote Saint Luc district here in Montreal. I thought it might be bigger but when I arrived and walked through it probably took less than two minutes. Some retail spaces were empty. The food court didn’t seem too bad but still limited. It makes me wonder if malls like this which are situated in close proximity to the new Royal Mount mall will suffer. But then again this mall caters to the less fortunate which is beneficial. They won’t be going to the rich mega mall that is out of reach for most people. All in all a convenient mall for the neighbourhood.
A very good mall. There are lot of stores like dollarama, restaurants, subway, IGA. Also TD Bank and a cinema theatre. And ECONOFITNESS. The mall has plenty of parking and it well maintained. Loved my visit her with family
The theatre has very comfortable seats, but…nIt is ridiculous that there is no longer a wicket to buy tickets at the front. The tickets are sold now at the concessions counter. I went with my grandchildren to a movie yesterday and we missed a good ten minutes of the movie, because the staff could not make the popcorn and distribute tickets properly. !!!!nThe mall itself is not good either. It used to be a lively mall with many great stores, but that was a long time ago!!
This mall is ok.nnIt has a few interesting unique things but all in all, it's just a small mall.
Love the cinema here ! Cinestatz has great prices, comfortable VIP reclining seats , HUGE SCREENS , great sound and a bar !!! AMAZING!
