Very thankful and grateful for the warmth and compassion exhibited by your staff during a very difficult day for our family. Our puppy Collins was always treated like royalty at your clinic. We were in need of an emergency procedure and they were at our home within the hour. They were empathetic and willing to work on our time, not rushing knowing it was the end of the day and surely had families waiting. The two who came were extremely professional and willing to answer any and all of our questions. We had many, and they were able to answer them all, without hesitation. Kari and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone hoping to be treated fairly, and more importantly, your animal treated with the utmost respect and altruistic nature. Again, thank you for everything.
After searching central Alberta for a great vet we ended up here. We have two intact Rottweilers so they are a bit of a handful, one unfortunately, has progressive heart disease a DVM here had initially suspected and probably helped to add years to his life. They accommodate us for last minute appointments like ear infections, they contact us for routine care and vaccination reminders, everyone has helped to make sure Tyson’s beta blockers are ready for us, but mostly importantly they provide our boys with the best patient care. Everyone is always so friendly and so helpful. Thank you Tanya, Sianna, Brooke, Brenda, Maria, Sarah, Madison, and to Dr. Jacobson, Dr. Pierse, Dr. West and Dr. Okkema you are all amazing and we are so lucky to have great people like yourselves! ***prices are also phenomenal, they also have a selection of Kong toys for the way out. Would highly recommend to everyone***

Have been bringing my doggies here yearly for years. Personable and caring. My dog just had a teeth cleaning and a little bump taken off her leg. She tolerated the procedure well and was back to herself within a day.
I can't believe I waited so long to find this clinic. I have used 7 clinics between Lacombe, Red Deer and Stettler over the last 16 years. Bashaw and Stettler and were really great to deal with, that was probably at least 10 years ago. A clinic in Red Deer and rural Lacombe I found exceptional, five stars for them as well!! My friend had used Ponoka Veterinary Clinic a few times and suggested trying them. I am absolutely convinced that this clinic is all about the pets and proper care over the all mighty dollar. It is more important for the health and well-being of the animal than the ridiculous exorbitant cost of some clinics I have seen. I will continue to use this clinic as the staff genuinely care and are considerate and very reasonable in regards to cost. Thank you Ponoka Veterinary Clinic, we will be back.
We have been going to Ponoka Veterinary Clinic almost 15 years now. Best Vets ever. Dr. Clayton is amazing, all of the staff are. They are super caring, even through our hardest times with our fur babies. Would never go any where else!
They were amazing! You could really tell they care about your animal. The vet was really helpful too, with explaining and getting my opinion on what route of medication would be more comfortable for me to give to my dog. I have had nothing but great experiences with them. I would definitely recommend them and there prices are very reasonable.
Our dog needed in quick for an emergency visit, they got us in promptly that morning. We have always have had pleasant service. Prices aren't too outrages either.
Had great experience with their service. My dog had dental issues. Got quote in city so high we couldn't afford . Ponoka vet did the work for less than half .friendy staff great service. Taco loves them even after 6 teeth pulled
