Bashaw Veterinary Clinic

We're working from out of town, and I needed to get into a vet in a pinch for my cat. After calling camrose and being told no be abuse we weren't local, I looked around and found this clinic wasn't too far from us. I called and they took us in right away, the price was really good, and the service was even better. One of the best vet clinics I think I've ever been to honestly.

We just had our first visit there but I’m super happy with this clinic and I’m very glad we switched. I love the way the office is set up because my dog is kind of neurotic and can be scared/reactive so the big open, not crowded reception area was such a relief, and getting us into a room right away was very nice. The doctor was great and reception was very helpful accommodating our clinic swapping mishaps. Also very convenient that both my cat and dog could see the same doctor at the same time. The price was good too but I’m much more concerned with good care and an environment that works for my dog, and this clinic did it all.

I like the Bashaw clinic because they treat you like person notna dollar sign. they take you and your pet in to the examining room together, so your pet stays more com and you know what they would like to do. and what each test costs, that way you can decide what you want to do. And staff is very friendly

Dr. Jessica Sun and the staff have been so kind and supportive with our dogs over the past while. They’ve always taken the time to explain things and make sure we feel looked after.nnMost recently, I called in with a sudden issue and was really stressed. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, calm, and reassuring—exactly what I needed in that moment. Her advice was spot on, and everything played out just as she explained.nnI’m so grateful for the care they’ve given us—it really makes a difference. Highly recommend!

I had to bring in my fur baby of 13 years to be put to sleep. The staff at the Bashaw veterinary clinic are amazing, professional, caring, and such beautiful people. They treated us with so much respect and were very understanding of our pain of loosing our little one.nWords cannot express my gratitude for the staff, the Dr.nthat went through one of the worst days I could ever imagine along side of me.
